Pros: Everything was amazing, it was in a very central location and ultra-luxurious. All the furnishings were excellent, and the person who assisted us was a very good person, helping us with everything. I definitely recommend it.

Pros: I liked the fact that it has everything we needed ( restaurants, cafes, bars etc) and a shopping mall like 5-10 minutes walk. The house was clean

Pros: Perfect location, plenty of places to eat around or to have a food delivery. Clean nice apartment, good communication with the host. Washing machine, dishwasher, smart tv, comfy bed, balcony. There is shower gels, hairdryer, iron board, iron, some basic things for cooking.

Cons: We received different apartment from pictures and it was really nice but this one had no holder for showet head in the shower. Also AC only in the living room but if you make the temperature low enough it is ok in the bedroom too.

Pros: Pozicija stana je odlicna, parking mjesto se moze naci sto za Podgoricu veoma bitna stavka. Stan je uredna, domacin je ljubazan. Vratio bi se opet na ovaj smejstaj. Sve preporuke !

Pros: Очень уютная, новая квартира, есть вся необходимая техника и мебель, посуда. Все чисто. Хороший ЖК, есть все, и магазины, и рестораны. Для меня было самое важное - месторасположение, не далеко от спортивно культурного центра, так как приезжала на концерт, и эта квартира была идеальна по своему месторасположению. Отзывчивый хозяин, был на связи

Замечательные Апартаменты

Pros: Всё прошло просто замечательно! Проживали 3 недели, всё время хозяин был на связи и оперативно решались вопросы. В квартире есть всё для длительного проживания: посуда для приготовления еды, тарелки, вилки с ложками, половник, ножи, чашки и т.д. Вся техника исправно работает. Водонагреватель большой, горячей воды всегда хватало. Кровать удобная, спали отлично. Соседи все тихие, никаких шумов никогда не было. Быстрый Wi-Fi. В пешей доступности тц и супермаркет, а также кафе и рестораны на любой вкус. Также были полотенца, фен, порошок и кондиционер, средство для мытья посуды и губки, лёд в морозилке.

Cons: Немного странное расположение и адрес, курьеры не всегда понимали, куда им идти.
