Хорошая квартира с нюансами

Pros: Хорошее месторасположение, большая терраса, балкон, два уровня

Cons: Не работал ТВ, хозяин так и не решил проблему. Грязный пол, грязная посуда, в чайнике варили макароны, хозяин ничего с этим не сделал. Нет парковки, этот оказалось проблемой.
