Pros: New building located 15 minutes walk to the beach. Easy communication with the host. Room is not big but you have everything what you need for a short stay. Underground parking is also available

Cons: Extremely slippery floor in the bathroom. Water from the shower goes on the floor and it gets very very slippery.

Budget friendly comfort

Pros: Nice compact good value apartment and good value. Kitchen was small but had a sufficient kit to mean I could cook. Excellent convection cooker. Nice shower room.

Cons: Apartment was at back of building so no direct sun and hard to dry clothes. For a weeks stay, an extra toilet roll and garbage bags would have been helpful. There are local big community bins which you can take your waste to.

Excellent Modern Apartment in Convenient Location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this clean, newly built apartment in Budva. The host was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing all our questions throughout our visit. The location is ideal - there are restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance, and the Old Town is just a 25-minute stroll away. Having parking included was a great bonus.

Nice place for few days

Pros: Not far from the beach and the Old Town. Small but comfortable apartment.

Cons: Wifi was not the best.

Pros: Our vacation and stay in the apartment went very well, and the room photos matched the actual room. It's designed for 1-2 adults and a child up to 7 years old. It's not designed for 3 adults; look elsewhere. The staff reads our reviews and does everything possible to address any concerns. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, knives, plates), a decent frying pan, a pot, a kettle, even a spatula, and salt; there's no sugar or ground pepper yet. The electric stove worked perfectly, but it's only for one pot or pan. The bed linens and towels are clean and fresh. The location is excellent, with mountain views. The staff is always available and accommodates your requests whenever possible; we were allowed to check out at 12 noon. The weather was great, and the sea was warm.

Cons: The photo of the building itself didn't reflect the reality; there's no cafe on the ground floor, and the shower tiles are very slippery, especially when wet, so be careful.

Pros: Nice beds, good air con, spacious and nice bathroom

Pros: The communication was excellent with quick response. The cleaning lady was lovely and really helpful on our arrival

Solo traveller in Budva

Pros: Only a 15 minute walk from the beach, and basically in a straight line, very central.

Cons: Shower was a little hard to use but that's if I'm trying to find something that wasn't perfect, overall a very nice stay.

Pros: it was comfortable and cosy. close to the city aswell

Pros: Great place, great people! Super clean and the location is excellent!!!
