Pros: Big clean apartment, bunch of stuff for using in the kitchen. Good location, incredible view! Very kind host who let us come to apartment much earlier :) comfortable contact-free check in and out
Cons: Keep in mind that the apartment is on third/fourth floor and there is no elevator so going up with heavy things is pretty difficult. Also the downstairs restaurants have ventilations working all the time and if you are bothered by noise this could be a problem (while windows are open)

Pros: The location and the view are just amazing! Furniture and the overall atmosphere of the place are great!
Cons: Wifi wasn't working and the air conditioning could have been better.

Pros: Very pleasant landlady, comfortable check in and check out. Overall everything was good! ❤️ However, I’d like to respond that there is no free parking nearby, or a more favourable one, but I don't think this is a problem with the apartments themselves..

Pros: Great location, close to restaurants, bars & shops. Also had a wonderful view of Budva harbour from the balcony.
Cons: Unfortunately, the air-conditioner failed during our stay. The host attempted to have it repaired in a timely manner, however, the failure was terminal & could not be repaired during our stay.

Pros: Location was perfect right next to restaurants and the water. The view is amazing from the balcony, facing the water.
Cons: The apartment is outdated and needs to be renovated. The sink in the bathroom doesn't drain well at all. No A/C in the bedrooms, only in the living room.

Pros: Perfect location, spacious apartment with everything one needs to feel at home. The balcony was the highlight, with amazing views. Host Svetlana was extraordinarily accommodating and simply a pleasure to deal with.

Pros: Exceptionally welcoming host, stunning beachfront location with breathtaking views, spacious and well-appointed apartments, and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby. Numerous beautiful beaches are easily accessible.
Cons: The parking lot is pretty far away - 7-9 minutes walking

Pros: Вид просто неперевершений, шукали житло ближче до пляжу Каменево (дуже раджу для відпочинку), що здивувало - посудомийна машина, це був приємний сюрприз) також, є пралка, гарна плита з духовкою і великий холодильник, кондиціонер. Нам дозволили затриматися в день виселення та виїхати на пару годин пізніше - за, що дуже вдячні, бо автобус був аж в пів сьомого вечора Мали деякі поломки, Світлана була постійно на зв'язку, тож вдалося все виправити
Cons: кондиціонер був тільки в одній кімнаті (об'єднаній з кухонною зоною та коридором а-ля студія) і з самого дальнього кута від самих кімнат, в самих кімнатах, які виходять на інший бік, хоч і не сонячний, його дуже не вистачало, а в останній день коротнуло світло і запрацювало все окрім кондиціонера, дуже сподіваюся, що його полагодили бе будьте готові до підйому сходами, в їх не мало і з валізами та без чоловіка це той ще квест, можливо, можна було б домовитись на ресепшені з співробітником Monako, однак при виселенні нам не вдалося домовитися про зберігання валіз так як ми не їх гості

Pros: evin manzarası ve konumu çok iyiydi. evde temel ihtiyaç olarak çoğu şey mevcuttu. evde bulaşık makinesi çamaşır makinesi ve deterjanları da mevcuttu o çok iyi oldu.
Cons: evdeki tavalar oldukça eskiydi. ketal ve ocak tuşları kirliydi. bebek yatağı kullanışlı değildi.
