Alex Lux sea view apartment 1

Pros: The apartment is spacious and cozy, suitable for 5 people, equipped kitchen and easy to use. Private parking for the apartment, we did not move the car during our entire stay - walking distance to Budva and the old town is about 1 hour walk. Excellent location, first line to the sea with a gorgeous balcony and sea view with special sunsets. Several beaches right below the apartment. Below the apartment there is a promenade with lots of good and delicious restaurants with a large selection of dishes. Minimarket and vegetable shop. Nick, the contact person for the apartment, was available and helpful, answered all our needs. Even when there was a problem, he came to fix and tidy up :) We really enjoyed the apartment and the facilities in it, the beds are comfortable and the experience was very good

Pros: Very clean and comfortable with a fabulous sea view. Shower doors need attention . They closed together fully on top but not bottom so water could leak out. Also shower could do with an attachment for shower head.

Pros: Large apartment with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and beach. Located on the first line, practically by the water. Two separate bedrooms, suitable even for a large family. The owner is kind and friendly. There are a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The upstairs has its own parking lot. There is an elevator down to the beach

Cons: Everything was good, the air conditioner in the living room was a little creaky

Pros: Ļoti plašs un gaišs dzīvoklis. Lieliska terase/balkons ar satriecoši skaistu skatu no augstuma uz jūru, promenādi un pilsētu. Pieejams viss nepieciešamais - aprīkota virtuve, ērtas gultas, veļasmašīna, gludeklis, labs kondicionieris. Vieta atrodas dzīvīgā rajonā, bet vienlaikus šeit ir kluss, jo dzīvoklis atrodas mājā augstu krasta nogāzē virs promenādes. Ar liftu ērti sasniedzama gan promenāde ar veikaliem un restorāniem, gan labiekārtota pludmale, gan ērta autostāvvieta.

Cons: Traucēja daži sīkumi - no trim naktslampiņām tikai viena bija darbības kārtībā, dažas kontaktligzdas nebija nostiprinātas. Pietrūka paklājiņš pie dušas kabīnes, kura mēdz uztaisīt peļķi vannas istabā. Nezinu, vai tā bieži gadās, bet dzīvoklis nebija līdz galam iztīrīts pēc iepriekšējiem iemītniekiem, īpaši vannas istaba. Taču gribas piebilst, ka visu slikto atsvēra viss pārējais labais.

Pros: A kilátás az apartmanbol.. Tágas terasz,szépen berendezet helységek,lift ami mindig működött,külön parkoló a fenti részen... A tulaj mindent el követett,hogy minél hamarabb be jussunk az aparanba.. Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom..

Pros: Ogromny apartament z pięknym widokiem. Wszystko jest zgodne z opisem. Zejście na plażę windą i schodami. Pomocny właściciel. Samo miejsce jest bardzo dobre jako punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania. Blisko restauracje sklepy

Great appartment, I recommend it.

Pros: Great appartment with a beautiful sea view. Large balcony, 2 big bedrooms and a very comfort living room and fully equiped kitchen. Nick is very nice and helpfull host. He is try the best to make our stay as comfort as he can.

Cons: One of the bedrooms doesn't have an Air conditioner. After a shower, a bathroom is filled with water.
