Great place to stay, helpful staff and amazing views

Pros: Great views over old town and Adriatic, nice clean room, lovely pool area, friendly and helpful staff, lovely restaurant next door.

Cons: Pool towels never available, no room cleaning which we didn’t mind: we were happy to reuse bath towels but no toilet roll (bought our own) or shower products replaced and hand wash was so watered down that it was almost water. We enjoyed our stay, staff were great and would recommend but think feedback important so improvements can be made

Pros: We came late in the evening because of the delay with the plane but it wasn't a problem

Pros: Excellent location, 10min walk from the old town…and the views feom the balcony are exceptional!! very clean and comfortable, kitchenette in room.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. On top of that, the view was absolutely amazing — it really made our stay special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Pros: Location was as expected and the view just amazing. The host was very helpful. Free parking on the spot

Cons: Style was like in 2000, needs refurbishment. Shower nozzle holder was broken, so was not that easy to use. There was electric kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea provided 🥺 People stay in Budva for the beaches, but hotel didn’t allowed to take pool towels to the beach..

Pros: This place is absolutely gorgeous, outstanding views from the room and pool area. Location is perfect for anyone looking for great views from balcony including Budva Bay and old town. The pool area was very clean and tidy, with towels provided. The Owner and staff were nice, friendly and helpful . The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to old town and beaches. It was lovely stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable and felt like home

Pros: Mesmeric views and located in good proximity to Old Town, but peaceful. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. All amenities were available upon request. Rooms clean and spacious

Great place in Budva to stay at!

Pros: It was overall great - marvelous view, small but warn pool, spacious apartment (two rooms), free secured parking for guests, clean and neat - absolutely recommended 🙂 You can have breakfasts in a restaurant nearby with a gorgeous view to the Old city or to Mogren Beach🙂The hostess was very king and gave us all recommendations we needed to have great time in Budva 🙂

Cons: Staying here only for 1 night 😀 Maybe a little long walk to the Old city (stairs are high and long), but for us it was ok - but the view to the city from the room worth it 🙂

A lovely stay with breathtaking views and a kind, welcoming host — I would happily return.

Pros: The view from the property was absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings. The location was very good, close to Budva and the beach. The owner is a very nice and welcoming lady, which made the stay feel even more comfortable.
