Sea view Studio Terminal

Pros: Recommended! The view is excellent even though we stayed in February this stay made us feel “it’s worth it” as the rain drops the winds blow we stayed home and sip our coffee 💖 lovelyy

Pros: The apartament was great. Very comfortable place with great views. We didn't notice any smell from the bathroom what was mentioned in the reviews. We really recommend this place!

Pros: The apartment offers a stunning view of Budva. The house is located on a hill, and the walk back up can be a bit tiring, especially in hot weather, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Inside, everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided: a kitchen, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and blackout shutters that darken the room well. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Pros: Apartment was ok, big balcony with view of Budva and the sea.

Cons: There was a unpleasant smell from the toilet drain, and the ventilation was too noisy.

Despite the negative points we still had a lovely stay and improvised with what we had.

Pros: Stunning view, modern apartment and clean. Owner was very responsive. Relatively easy to find.

Cons: The hot water wasn’t working but the boiler was replaced quickly and the owner was very responsive. However the hot water stopped working again so we had 1 warm shower in the 4 nights stay. The kitchen wasn’t too well equipped. Some basics were missing even to cook a simple meal.

One of the best views in town

Pros: The best thing here is the sea view - it is just wonderful. The location is also great - you need just a ten minutes walk on a small path to a big supermarket, to the old town and to the beach. It was a bit more tricky with getting normal temperature into the room - when you leave the window open, then there is nice wind but also street noise, when you close the window, then the room is soundproof but can be somewhat too hot. The owners promised to add more directions for finding the place more easily - it's actually not difficult to get there but GPS-systems can sometimes give contradictory instructions.

Pros: Вид, ремонт, практически все необходимое было. Обогрев кондиционером хорошо работает. Запахов канализации нет.

Cons: Не было сменных мусорных пакетов

Pros: Все понравилось , все как на фотографиях , чисто , уютно , хорошо работал кондиционер , что действительно очень важно и , что облегчило наш отдых , так как было действительно очень жарко. В апартаментах есть все необходимое , отзывчивый арендодатель , в случае каких-то вопросов , отвечает сразу. Но так же не могу не упомянуть о виде из окна , это просто потрясающе , засыпать и просыпаться ,а за окном горы🤞🏼 Неприятного запаха из санузла не учуяли , как писалось об этом ранее!

Pros: Удобный, чистый номер с красивым видом. Удобно, что номер находится у дороги и не надо подниматься в гору.

Cons: Ужасный запах плесени в туалете
