Pros: The location is excellent - just a short walk to the Old Town and Mogren Beach (my favorite beach in that area). Several supermarkets and good restaurants are also nearby. The host is warm and welcoming, and the apartments are spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for a vacation stay. I asked the host if they could provide a microwave to heat some food. I understand that microwaves aren’t very common in the Balkans, so I wasn’t surprised it was missing. The host kindly brought one the very next day. In short, if the price fits your budget, don’t hesitate—book it right away!

Cons: This isn’t really a drawback of the apartment itself, but some guests may find it challenging to reach since it’s located quite high up on the hill... Just something to keep in mind.

Pros: Our host took us from the airport at the beginning and end of the holiday and was very helpful. The house is very useful, extremely clean, it has all the facilities such as iron hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. I have a lot of clean towels and duvet covers. We were greeted with a smile at all times.

Cons: I state this issue not as a negativity, but as a precaution for people who may have health problems. Although the location of the house is extremely central, stairs are used a lot in transportation.

Pros: Amazing apartment, immaculately clean and great location - 5 minute walk from old town. Apartment has everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine which was super handy. The owner also picked and dropped us off at the bus which was so lovely. 100% recommend this place!

Pros: Perfect location - 5 minutes to the Old Town. The flat is cosy, very clean and well-equipped. As a guest you can feel that someone has thought about the smallest detailes. We felt like home :) Very helpful and polite owner.

Pros: Pan David bardzo miły i uprzejmy człowiek, odwiózł nas potem do Podgoricy. W apartamencie była klimatyzacja oraz bardzo czysto. Blisko do sklepu, starego miasta i plaży.

Отличные аппартаменты и очень гостепреимный и отзывчивый хозяин.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое: посуда, много постельного белья, полотенец, средство для стирки. В квартире чисто. Удобное расположение, недалеко от старого города и пляжа. Супер хозяин, помог с регистрацией. Есть собственное парковочное место, что очень важно для Будвы.

Cons: Все понравилось. Небольшая рекомендация: не хватало для готовки разделочной доски.

Pros: Tvarkingi apartamentai. Rankšluosčiai kvepia švara. Virtuvėje visi reikmenys pasiruošti maistui, padėta ir kavos ir cukraus. Malonus ir paslaugus šeimininkas. Prie pagrindinės gatvės, iki parduotuvės 5 min pesciomis iki paplūdimio gal 10 min pésčiomis.

Pros: Расположение идеальное, рядом со старой Будвой, рынком и прочими местами притяжения. На пляж лучше ходить на Могрен или в дальний конец Slovenska plaza, всё в 10-20 минутах пешком. Апартаменты очень удобные, полноценная кухня, стиральная машина, отличный интернет, собственная стоянка.

Cons: Страна горная, поэтому приготовьтесь бегать по лестницам, тропам и мостикам из подручных материалов.
