Pros: This charming apartment offers stunning views of the sea with mountains in the background, and it's only a 5-minute walk to shops, the Old Town, and the promenade. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a TV with a wide range of English channels. Dean was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. He even gave us a ride from the Budva bus station to the apartment. On our return, with heavy rain pouring down, he kindly offered to take us to the airport, even though it was a last-minute request. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Geweldige plek om te verblijven in Budva, met een prachtig uitzicht op de Adriatische Zee en de oude stad. In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken, evenals een wasmachine, een haardroger, een stofzuiger, een dweil, handdoeken en strandhanddoeken, airco, internet en televisie met talloze zenders — voor ieder wat wils. De supermarkt ligt dichtbij en de oude stad is om de hoek. Als ik nog eens in Montenegro zou zijn, zou ik zeker weer voor deze accommodatie kiezen.

Pros: Квартира розташована на початку схилу, до неї ідуть сходи від рівнини, але сходів небагато, і їх можна подолати. Тим більше, якщо з квартири відкривається чудовий вид на місто, бо є власна простора тераса, на якій вечори були казковими. Квартира знаходиться на 3 поверсі. Однак у будинку немає ліфта, але то не є проблема. Усе досяжно. У квартирі є кухня з барною стійкою, усім потрібним начинням, кухонна плита, великий холодильник. Велика ванна кімната, з душем. Одна окрема спальня та вітальня, поєднана з кухнею. Чудово працює кондиціонер. Необхідно відмітити, що квартира пристосована до практичного відпочинку, тобто є зонтик від сонця, парасольки від дощу, засоби захисту від сонця, сушилки, засоби для прання. Поруч біля квартири маркет, ТЦ, головна туристична вулиця, заклади.

This apartment and location will exceed your expectations
Pros: Just flawless and amazing! The best view of the Old Town, mountains, and the bay. The most convenient location up the hill, away from the first-line hotels and beach noise, yet very close to Ričardova and Mogren beaches. The cosiest living room and balcony to spend time with your tripmates. The friendliest host, always here to help and answer any questions. The most picturesque panoramas are on the path to the house and in the area around it. The neatest tableware, accessories, and furniture. Perfect for a long stay with a group of friends or a family
Cons: The accident in the Old Town caused a water outage for a whole day, but it affected almost all neighbourhoods in Budva (not just apartment street), and was fixed as quickly as possible :)

Pros: Очень чистая квартира, с большим балконом и прекрасным видом на бухту. Удобная кровать! Отличное расположение, до всех нужных локаций 5-7 минут (пляж, старый город, рынок, магазин). В квартире есть даже зонтик для пляжа и зонты на случай дождя. Интернет летает. Гостеприимный хозяин Дин, спасибо ему. Однозначно лучшие рекомендации!

Pros: Evin konumunu biz çok beğendik. Apartmandan çıkıp yolun hemen karşısındaki merdivenden indiğinizde old town a çok yakın konuma inmiş oluyorsunuz.(Hatta o bölümde market bile mevcut.) Özellikle old town’a rahatlıkla yürüyerek gidip gelebilirsiniz. Evin içinde ütü, havlu, dolap içi askılar, mutfakta bir çok araç gereç mevcuttu. Cezve bile vardı:) Evin içi temizdi. Bu arada çamaşır makinesi için deterjan mevcut, mutfak içinde bulaşık deterjanı vardı. Yani her şey sizin için düşünülmüş.
Cons: Merdiven inip çıkmayı sevmiyorsanız; daire 3.katta ve asansör yoktu. Ama bizim için sorun değildi. Çünkünün balkonun manzarası çok keyifliydi:)
