Amazing hotel, highly recommended

Pros: The hotel is exceptionally clean. The bedding smelled really fresh, the beds are comfy. It was too cold to use the pool, but the pool area is very well mantained. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good, not very central but a 20-30 minutes pleasant walk along the seashore to the Old city.

Cons: The hotel doesn't do breakfast but there are plenty of places around.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Budva. The place was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable perfect for a relaxing getaway. They even upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Blazo, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and even recommended the best places in Kotor for ice cream and pasta and his suggestions were absolutely perfect. The location was also great close to restaurants and the bus station, making it really convenient to explore the area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montenegro. We’ll definitely be coming back.

A perfect stay in Budva — stylish, peaceful, and unforgettable!

Pros: very comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the old town. The host was super friendly and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly.

Cons: Honestly, everything was great.

Pros: Professionally run small hotel with a very clean atmosphere everywhere inside out. We were greeted well by the receptionist and shown to our rooms. Rooms were cleaned daily. The location is a bit away from the Budva old town but well justified by the price and the quality.

Cons: No power outlet for the electric kettle. Had to use the bedside table for this. Small inconvenience - maybe just in our room.

Great stay for the value! Perfect location, lovely staff and very clean.

Pros: The location was perfect. We were there mainly to relax on the beach, which was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance of the restaurant as well, plus a supermarket right next to it! The staff was lovely and very responsive to any of our requests. The hotel was very clean and neat which we liked a lot. It also had a kitchen on our floor although we personally didn’t use it.

Cons: Our room faced the supermarket, which had really loud ACs kicking off at night. With the doors to the terrace shut, it wasn’t too much of an issue. We were also confused as to why the hotel didn’t provide any shower gel and shampoo, as that’s something that we were used to with other hotels but we managed with a cheap shower gel that we bought from the local supermarket. Now about the cleaning schedule, we are not sure why the cleaning was being done after 2pm, as we would return to the hotel after our morning beach trip and our dirty towels still haven’t been changed or the bed made. The room eventually got cleaned (usually around 3-4pm) but it would’ve been ideal if the cleaning happened while we were away during the mornings. Another fact to point out is that the pool closes at 8pm, which surprised us. I understand it’s because the pool is facing the ground floor rooms and it’s best not to bother the hotel stayers after 8pm, but it was still disappointing.

Budva old town

Pros: The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. It was very lovely clean and well maintained. Great location and close to restaurants and cafés. Our stay was amazing. Highly recommend this accomodation. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a great couple of days with the exception of the couple of things listed below you would of got a 10. Score 8 out 10.

Cons: I think there should be shampoo conditioner and shower wash in the bathroom. I told the staff we wanted some shower gel each day and it never came. I found out you need to collect from reception each day? Also tea coffee & milk are necessary. I just happen to always carry my own. There was not any available in the kitchettes either. The last morning there was no hot water we had a cold shower. To us these are small things but make a bug difference. It doesn't cost much for a few hygiene products and tea coffee and milk.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and Jake and co on reception were super friendly and helpful. Would massively recommend a stay here. Great location as well. Great for anyone who needs to access Chabad/Shalom restaurant.

Cons: The room was small but perfect for what we needed and for the price we paid totally worth it.

Pros: The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Especially the owner, he was really helpful and available to help all the time. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone who would visit Budva.

Cons: The roads going to Budva from Kotor and Tivat have a lot of ongoing road works making the travel quite longer and the taxi a bit more expensive. But otherwise, everything was amazing.

Great stay

Pros: Great location very close to the seaside ,supermarket next door , very modern and clean room with all amenities you might need , the pool area was also lovely although we didn't use it ourselves due to bad weather. Jacke If I spelled his name right was so hospitable and gave us great local recommendations. Next time in budva we will be back

Pros: A brand new modern apartment block with a beautiful pool. Great Location, spotlessly clean with kitchen available is great. Lovely balcony to sit in the afternoon after exploring the old city and a day at the beach. A 5 min walk to bus to Sveti Stefan. A must see. Very friendly, helpful manager, made us feel very welcome.
