Monte Bay Apartments

Pros: View from the property was amazing . Apartment was clean .

Pros: The property is brand new, as they seemed to just finished the entire building. The apartment is quire roomy and can comfortably house 4 people in the two double beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine includes a supply of detergent.

Cons: The AC is positioned in the room such that the separate room might not get enough cool air.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here – absolutely beautiful! The location is great, about 10 minutes from the bus station and 15 minutes from the Old Town, with shops nearby, so everything is within easy reach. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They kindly allowed us an early check-in and even picked us up from the Old Town and dropped us off at the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself is modern, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. While the ground floor is still being built, there was no noise or disturbance at all. The highlight was definitely the view. We booked the sea view, and it was beyond our expectations. From the balcony you can see the whole beauty of Kotor Bay – the sea, the mountains, and the town below. The view is breathtaking both day and night. Having dinner on the balcony, admiring the night lights, felt truly magical. Overall, this place was a dream stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing against the accommodation itself, but something to be aware of. On our last night, there was a local water supply issue due to road construction damaging a pipe. It wasn’t the host’s fault at all, but we struggled to get updates and there was no clear ETA. Best advice is to keep some bottled water handy, just in case.

Pros: View is amazing, spent 1 evening sitting on balcony eating a drinking wine and didn’t even go out because it was so beautiful. Owner friendly and helpful

Cons: Be mindful the staircase up to mezzanine bedroom is steep. We left our luggage downstairs to make it easier. Was not a problem for us but need to bear in mind

Pros: Lokacija odlicna odma blizu starog grada sa preljepim pogledom sa balkona na citav kotor.apartman nov,sređen i čist.parking mjesto točno ispred apartmana.i netreba auto do starog grada jer je blizu doci i pješke.gazdarica apartmana extra ljubazna i osoba s kojom se mozes sve dogovorit,pomogla nam.je u vezi snalaženja u gradu. preporucujem svakome ovaj smjestaj 🙂🙂
