Pros: The apartment was great for families. Very clean and comfortable, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location and friendly owner.

Pros: Great location, everything you may need and some of the best sightseeing spots are within walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

Great choice for smooth, quick and easy vacation trip

Pros: Owner is a very welcoming man. Everything starting from the process of booking to asking for advice regarding the city went smoothly. When we had problems on our side with our flight, the owner agreed to re-evaluate the price of our stay so we won't be paying for the time we didn't spend there. Very grateful for that. The apartment complex and the apartment itself is very modern, new, clean and comfortable. It was nice to come in such a fresh looking place to rest after a day on a beach. Big shopping mall nearby.

Cons: At first I was a bit disappointed about the construction going on across the road, especially after the difficult trip we had, the noise bothered me. But after I had rest I quickly realised that it won't be a problem since we spent most of the day on the beach. I guess that's how a big tourist town lives - a lot of new buildings are being constructed.

I recommend to stay here. It’s a very good variant for week or two.

Pros: Everything was good. Zoran, owner of the apartment helped us with everything that we asked: transfer, laundry and exact variant of apartment. Apartment was like in description and photos, very nice, kitchen had everything necessary: fridge, stove, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, towels…even tea and coffee. Bed in bedroom was comfortable, I liked it. You can reach balcony from both rooms. It was also nice to have birthday greeting compliment, thank you. A minute or two by feet from seaside, it is a huge advantage. There were cold nights at april, but electricity heater worked very well.

Cons: It was a bit dark in the main room in the evenings. There was a lamp in the kitchen and a lamp in the corridor. Both a little far from the dining table. But we used additional lamps from the bedroom and that helped. You have to take shower quickly, because hot water keeps going well only about 7 minutes. Next person should probably wait until it heats up again.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, wygodne i czyste mieszkanie, dobry kontakt z właścicielem

Cons: - widok w ogłoszeniu jest nieaktualny, bo widok na stare miasto zasłania nowy budynek, a morze widać z boku - bardzo mały aneks kuchenny

Pros: Новый аппартамент и очень чистый . Есть все что надо. Близко от моря.

Cons: Плохо сходит вода в ванной

Ruim en schoon appartement met perfecte ligging in Budva

Pros: Zoran was een erg vriendelijke host. De locatie is perfect, direct bij de boulevard en een echte aanrader. Het appartement zit in een appartementencomplex met lift. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van de afgesloten ondergrondse parkeergarage. Het appartement was mooi ruim en erg schoon. Het bed was een beetje hard maar verder niks op aan te merken. Mooie badkamer met een wasmachine erin. De airco werkt ook goed :) Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden als je in Budva verblijft!

Konfor, temizlik , ev sıcaklığı, her şey düşünülmüş

Pros: Daire yeni ve her şey düşünülmüştü. Tabak , bardaklar tertemiz ve yeniydi. Yani dairede bir ev konforunu çok rahat yakalayabilirsiniz. Yatak da çok rahatttı. Çamaşır makinesinden ütüye her şey düşünülmüş. Tertemiz ve çok konforluydu. Konumu zaten şahane . Budva old tawn a 7 8 dk da yürüterek gittik. Ev sahibi Zoran ve Ksenija her konuda yardımcı oldular çok pozitif ve güleryüzlüler bayıldık bayıldık

Pros: Sve +10. Domaćin preljubazan i susretljiv. Apartman savrsen, čist, udoban. Lokacija fantastična, najbolja u Budvi. U sklopu objekta restoran Fontana sa izuzetno ukusnom hranom (i pićem) i pristupačnim cjenama. Parking osiguran u garaži objekta. Lift od garaže do posljednjeg kata.

Cons: Nemam niti jedne zamjerke.
