Pros: Boa localização, limpo, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Apto novo, com móveis bons.

Cons: Do Box do banheiro que lavava todo o banheiro. A cozinha extremamente pequena, com falta de pano de prato, a mesa muito pequena mal cabia 3 pratos.
