Great two weeks stay

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment and it’s a great choice for families.

Overall, the stay was great. The host is very friendly and very helpful.

Pros: The apartment is in walking distance from the beach, city centre and several supermarkets. The apartment is also very clean, spacious and well maintained.

Cons: The free parking was available only in the street next to the apartment building with limited number of places and based on availability. The apartment is accessible only via stairs, no elevator. The paid parking is available at several locations around the apartment with a prices vary from 8 to 15 EUR/day most often starting from 2 days booking or with hourly rates. The places are also subject of availability even if the parking already paid for 2 days ahead. However, this seems to be the usual arrangement in Budva.

Pros: Excellent location, no more than 6 minutes to the seashore. A great place for walking and relaxing.

Cons: Not very convenient with parking. But for a seaside resort it's normal)

Pleasant experience

Pros: Very spacious apartment, there was enough space for 5 adults. The apartment is exactly as on the pictures. The owner is very friendly and always answered to our requests. The flat’s location is not so close to the beach, but it is reachable by foot in about 10-15 minutes. It was kind of difficult to find this place, because the streets have new names, the new address is Street 14 (XIV), we have got help from local taxi drivers, google couldn’t help us at all. All in all, Budva is nice town and worth to visit at least one time🙂

Cons: It was very difficult to find a parking space near this building, that’s why we couldn’t use our car during this week. We had to keep it all the time on the same place. One of the beds was kind of broken, we told the owner about it.

Pros: The apartment is clean and large, modernly decorated, the owner of the apartment helped us with registration in the tourist community, all in all a high rating.

Udoban i opušten boravak

Pros: Izuzetno prostrano, udobno i potpuno opremljeno za normalan život, više od klasičnih apartmana. Parking smo lako nalazili ispred zgrade, mada je boravak van sezone. Udaljenost od mora je korektna (10tak minuta). Odličan odnos cena/kvalitet.

Pros: Szuper helyen, még parkolóhely is akadt. Közelben van bolt, étkezési lehetőség, az óváros v a part séta távolságra, kb 15p. A tisztaság teljesen rendben. Konyha felszerelt. 3 hálószoba! Brando nagyszerű és segítőkész, ajánlom.

Cons: Sajnos mikró és kávéfőző nem volt, de ezek nélkül azért megoldható minden.

Pros: Beklentilerinizi her anlamda karşılıyor. Konumu temizliği, tesis sahibinin yaklaşımı ve güler yüzü beni fazlasıyla tatmin etti. Kesinlikle öneririm.

Просторные аппартаменты с 3мя спальнями

Pros: Просто огромные аппартаменты с 3мя спальнями, большой кухней-гостиной, террасой. Очень чисто.Тихое, спокойное место. Около 5-10 минут до пляжа. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Прекрасные, приветливые хозяева.

Cons: Парковка под окнами бесплатная, но мы не смогли найти место, так что парковались на платной. Если брать абонемент на несколько дней, то выходит дешевле.

Brilliant! Perfect stay

Pros: Spacious and clean and has everything you need - especially as we love to cook! The host was amazing and so helpful!
