Marvelous Experience

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. There is everything you might need from towels, hair dryers, and kitchen appliances. It cannot be closer to the sea than this. Our family created lifelong memories and will come back definitely!!

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the hosts were easy to communicate with, and the view was stunning. The beach is very close, the area is quiet, and our kids had a great time.

An amazing place for both vacation and work

Pros: I was in Montenegro on a short business trip and decided to stay again in this beautiful apartment. Besides being great for vacation, this place is also suitable for work - the dining table is big enough for both work and eating, the chairs are comfortable, the WiFi is very good, the lighting is suitable for video-calls. I used work breaks for quick walks on the beach, and went swimming after work - the beach is literally below the apartment. The beds are comfortable, and the place is well furnished and clean. The big terrace right above the beach is the best part - it has panoramic view over the entire bay, with great sunsets; it is on the 5th floor and high enough to offer peace and privacy.

Cons: There were some cleaning and upgrade works in the common areas of the building, but it was quiet and did not bother me at all.

Pros: We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Maja's communication was fantastic and she couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was big and spacious and comfortably fit 5 women. The beds were comfy (even the sofa bed was ok for a couple of nights), it was clean, quiet and very well equipped, Maja even had slippers! You really didn't need to buy anything. The balcony and views were a real highlight, it was massive and allowed all 5 of us to enjoy the space without feeling on top of each other. There were food and drinks places right on our doorstop, as well as a supermarket and bakery within walking distance. Even off-season, we had everything we needed. Locals in the area were welcoming, friendly and the area felt very safe - the beach front was great for a morning walk with coffee places scattered along it. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, the apartment offers that.

Cons: One small thing on the location - this could have been my own fault, but i thought it was 'in' Budva but the flat is actually located in Becici, downtown Budva was about 10 minutes away by taxi, but honestly, it wasn't a massive issue, but as we were a group of 5, it meant we had to get 2 taxis into town as Montenegro doesn't seem to have big cars. But it wouldn't put me off - i'm not sure you would get the space or views if you were further in town and it was easy enough to get taxis (we even asked the downstairs restaurant to order one for us). Upon arrival we had a little bit of a hard time finding the reception - some of the building seemed like it was still under construction, but once we figured it out, there were no issues. Maja also prefers a cash payment - which was not an issue, as it seems to be normal in Montenegro - but it would have been good to know this ahead of our arrival. Neither of the above points were an issue, but just to note for future travellers.

Pros: Excellent apartments. A huge balcony with a magnificent view. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary. Great location. Wonderful hosts. Met all our expectations. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Pros: Had a wonderful time , the view from the apartment was very beautiful. Very near to the beach, good restaurants around. Maja was very helpful and promptly responded to every question we asked.

Excellent beachfront property with views into the sunset.

Pros: Location on the beach was excellent, could hear the waves lapping the shore. Lots of restaurants nearby, all the ones we ate at were really nice and good price, 5th floor so amazing views, everything you needed was present, and a little more. The host was was great, friendly and very helpful, any questions were answered swiftly and lots of contact to ensure we didn't have any issues. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Cons: Nothing, it was all great.

Big apartment, with a huge balcony and an amazing view, right on the beach.

Pros: There was a well equipped kitchen, two big bathrooms and elevators in the building. Towels(also for the beach) and extra pillows were a nice bonus. Many very good restaurants and also a little grocery shop close to the apartment. There is some wear and tear but overall it is a very lovely apartment to spend holiday.

Pros: The owner was waiting for us at the parking entrance. Was very easy to get keys. The owner was solving any small problems 24/7

Pros: Amazing views, great location to visit Budva, Tivat, Perast and Lustica Bay. Great communication from Maja made it easy for us. The restaurant right below called Tulip was also great. Clean and everything was supplied. My favorite part was waking up to the sound of waves.
