Great apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment, 10 min walk to old town Budva. Car park with small fee but secure. Host very nice and communication with him was so smooth. Strongly recommended.

Cons: checking out at 10am is too soon. I wouldn't have booked this apartment if I had noticed when I did...

Pros: Huge flat for 4, that could also accommodate a fifth person, so price/performance ratio was really good. Limited but joyful sea view. A bit old but usable furniture. Great location close to center.

Cons: There is empty space in front of building, and the garage of the building was not full. However, we were expected to pay for parking. There is not any free parking space around. Heaters were not working, only making noise.

Bilo je odlicno, verovatno cemo ponoviti posetu za 2 godine

Pros: Odlicna lokacija, svetle sobe, cistoca, udobnost lezajeva, dva klima uredjaja i grejalica, odlican internet i izbor tv kanala, prostrano i cisto kupatilo

Cons: Stolice u trpezariji, nedostaje jos jedna manja serpa u kuhinji, bilo bi dobro da je tv malo veci, lift u zgradi bi trebalo srediti

Pros: Современные апартаменты в самом центре, удобно добираться, недалеко от пляжа, до старого города минут 10-15 пешком. С балкона прекрасный вид. Очень выручала парковка возле дома, о ней договаривались заранее.

Pros: Отличное расположение, до пляжа идти минуты 3, при заезде все было идеально чисто. Жили на 6ом этаже, с балкона прекрасный вид на город и частично на море, начавшаяся стройка немного его закрыла и испортила вид. Ключи надо забирать на улице 22 ноября, которая находится неподалеку. Нас встретил приветливый менеджер, передал ключи и объяснил как пройти. В целом всем довольны, соотношение цена/качество у аппартаментов хорошее.

Cons: Кондиционер есть в кухне-гостиной, но нет в спальне; заметили небольших муравьишек, которые бегают по кухне; лейка в душе изрядно потрёпана, вместо нормального разделения на струи, получаете почти единый поток воды; кровать сильно скрипит.

Pros: Мы замечательно отдохнули всей семьёй! Море буквально в двух шагах, рядом есть всё необходимое. Хозяева очень добрые и отзывчивые, любые вопросы решались мгновенно. Квартира уютная и комфортная — нам очень понравилось!
