Comfort studio with sea view and swimming pool

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the studio in Bečići! The space was modern, clean, and very well-equipped — everything you need for a comfortable vacation or a short getaway. The location is perfect: just a few minutes' walk to the beach, shops, and great cafés. The building itself is quiet and secure, and the view from the balcony was a lovely bonus. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Excellent and not so excellent!

Pros: Excellent communication from the host from the moment of booking through to the end. Pick up and drop off at the airport by the host (additional cost) is really helpful and reliable. The apartment is modern, light, clean, secure, generally well equipped, nice balcony with view, comfortable, good shower, fast wifi, easy access to beaches and towns by foot, bus or car. Minor issues: no hot water supply to the kitchen sink, no bedside tables or table lamps (only very bright ceiling lights) which were mentioned to the owner so perhaps he will address these.

Cons: The negative was the immediate neighbourhood which has a mixture of construction sites and areas cleared for construction which look like wastelands. Opposite the front door of the apartments is a construction site which is half-built; along the road which takes you down to the main road there are several building sites with construction already under way or sites cleared and fenced awaiting construction; the shortcut path from the back of the apartments to the main road runs through a site which is being built on; when you get to the road, access to the beach is across a wasteland. The noise is not too intrusive but it does mean that the immediate area is not at all pretty with construction vehicles, fencing, trenches, dirt tracks etc. Of course, the owners have no control over this and it is the case that the whole district seems to be undergoing a development and renovation programme.

Pros: Location was good for my plans , bus routes to places I wanted to go restaurant on site, walking distance to 4 beaches and loads of local amenities Room was spacious balcony was great in the morning and evening, bed was comfy which is a rarity these days. Host was really kind to me

Best place in Montenegro!

Pros: Perfect accommodation, perfect place and great host Dejan :) we couldn't imagine a better place for our holidays - apartment is very clean, well equiped, close to the beach and quiet. The view is even better than on photos. Swimming pool is big and clean. No problems with check-in and out. The best place in Montenegro :)
