Pros: Host is very helpful and kind. If you ask for something he'll provide it nicely. View from apartment is beautiful. Beach is like 20 min walking. In general, we enjoyed our staying, just be aware that public transportation is like 20-25 min away and walking back to the apartment is a hard 1.5 km way up. Of course taxi is always an option

Cons: Some things need maintaining, like kettle or toilet seat. Wifi signal was very poor.
