Very good hotel

Pros: Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, near old city, shopping center and supermarket

Overall good stay.

Pros: Location is very good. Fairly good condition of the building in general. Size of the apartment is exactly what needed. Overall value for the money is good.

Cons: Male person working at reception desk was not interested, marginally rude, always on his mobile phone. He would talk to the guests and kept sitting behind the desk.

Modern apartments in great location

Pros: Spacious, modern, clean rooms in very good location. Manager and staff were excellent and very helpful.

Cons: The rooftop wasn't open unfortunately

We had a great stay and would definitely be back!

Pros: The receptionist was lovely and extremely helpful with recommendations and the hotel taxi was great and went above and beyond to show us around!

Cons: We only had issues with the hot water but was still fine.

Pros: A new, well-maintained, and very clean hotel. The location is excellent, close to both the city center and the Old City. The beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and works well.

Cons: The kitchen is very poorly equipped. There are almost no utensils (or spices) for cooking. It also lacks a dish rack and basic hand-washing supplies (since there is a dishwasher, but nothing for handwashing). We encountered a reception staff member who seemed reluctant to help us. Parking is very expensive. Furthermore, even though Booking.com states the hotel has parking, the spaces are limited. Unless you reserve in advance, there's a good chance you won't find a spot during peak seasons (even if you're willing to pay).

I strongly recommend this place.

Pros: Location was perfect - Mogren beach, Old Town, best restaurants, grocery shops (incl. Megamart), bus stations were close to the Hotel. The clean apartment in a good condition. Good equipment and comfortable beds with snow-white linen. Friendly and customer oriented team (my thanks to Cornelia, the manager, and her people).

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The hotel was exceptionally excellent! The staff were were helpful and nice. They even checked us in earlier. Upon arrival the apartment smelled fresh and clean. Location of the hotel is also 10/10. If I’m ever returning to Budva I’m 100% staying at this hotel again. I would recommend it to everyone.

Pros: The apartment is very new and clean. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. They have parking. They came in our room daily to change towels, to take the garbage and after the 2nd night they changed the bed linen.

Cons: 1. That street is extremely noisy because of the cubic pavement of the street and building is very very bad isolated. At the ground floor, there is a terrace that's closing between 1 and 2 o'clock in the night. The employees are scratching ALL the chairs and tables on the floor and on our apartment on the 2nd floor was AN AMAZING noise till 2 o'clock in the night. Even if we already slept, that nasty noise woke us up night by night. Ask ONLY for apartments at 4th or 5th floor. Our holiday was a fiasco because of that, we slept only between 2 and 7 o'clock because in the morning, the staff of this terrace are taking all the chairs and tables out :(((((( Is not a pleasure to travel 2 full days by car to our home after 4 nights with total mess. 2. They don't offer breakfast. 3. The beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas are far from this location (30 minutes by foot or you should use the car). The closest beach is very nasty, without umbrellas, with fish smell because is in the port for small boats. 4. Taking into consideration points 1-3 the price-quality range is not good. Too expensive for what they offer. We paid 190 euro/night that is TOO MUCH for this apartament and for that mess we should suffer. I gave 8 because the location is looking very good, very very clean.

Amazing, superb and absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommended and can’t wait to return.

Pros: Fantastic location, mega market. Shopping, restaurants all within a few metres and it was literally 5 minute walk from the beach. Fully equipped apartment with a washing machine and dishwasher washer which the hotel supplied the tablets for and clothes airer to dry the clothes was also supplied. Fully air conditioned rooms , open plan kitchen and living room with a up to date smart tv. Superb apartment very plush and was upgraded for free. The hotel manager was absolutely lovely and was extremely friendly and very helpful and always willing to take your call or reply to your messages.

Cons: I had no complaints
