Absolutely lovely summer holiday at the villa

Pros: Location was great with stunning views of the mountains. The hosts are so lovely and do everything they can to help and also cook a lovely meal in the week. Swimming pool is a good size and next to it is a lovely seating area with a BBQ area and fridge. Easy to get to Tivat from the accommodation as well. One of the best holidays we have had!

Cons: Nothing really. Maybe the cockerel was a bit loud in the mornings

A Tivat gem at the foot of the beautiful mountains!

Pros: Extraordinary welcome from the hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The house was immaculate and had everything that we needed. An unbelievable location with a private pool that we spent hour after hour enjoying. A lovely barbecue on one of our evenings was enjoyed looking out to the mountains and the setting sun. A gem of a house and couldn't recommend highly enough for a family wanting to explore Tivat and the bay of Kotor.

Great villa, fantastic hosts and we had just a great time

Pros: Beautiful villa with a wonderful pool, with a smaller pool, which worked really well for our 16 month old granddaughter. Very easy to drive to Tivat and Kotor, we actually used taxis some of the time. 5 mins drive from the airport. Andrea and Josip were amazing hosts, generous ,friendly, helpful, just great! The Villa itself was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed for 4 adults, we even made use of the BBQ. Would definitely recommend the Villa

Pros: We had the most amazing stay at Andrea and Josep’s beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm and welcoming — greeting us with homemade cakes, a delicious meat and cheese platter, and their own wines! They struck the perfect balance of being attentive and hospitable without ever intruding. During the day, they worked on their farm next door, which was fascinating to see — from the animals to their garden, it added so much charm to their beautiful home. On our final evening, they hosted a lovely barbecue for us, which was the best meal we had on our whole stay, they truly made a special and memorable experience for us. There’s also a fantastic restaurant just a few minutes’ walk away that we’d highly recommend. Andrea also told us about a beautiful beach nearby, which we visited and absolutely loved. Thank you so much Andrea and Josep!

Wonderful location with lovely hosts near Tivat and Kotor.

Pros: Andrea and Josip are wonderful hosts and have a lovely place near Tivat. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere upon arrival, the closeness to major sights (Bay of Kotor, Lovcen Nationalpark, Perast, Tivat, etc.) and the terrace with the amazing pool. The hosts have a perfect balance between interaction and privacy. A barbecue was hosted and self-made bread, cheese and chorizo as a welcome get-together. Thanks for the amazing stay. The kids loved the animals for sure (there are sheep, hens and baby-chickens (so cute), a cat and more). There is an excellent bbq-restaurant just 300m away as well.

A truly wonderful place to stay to experience Tivat & Kotor whilst feeling like you have your own calm space to rela

Pros: Absolutely beautiful villa with great size private pool, perfectly located for easy access into Tivat and Kotor and close to Tivat airport and yet felt so spacious and tranquil. The villa was spotless and contained everything we needed for a family holiday. The hosts could not have done more for us to make our stay truly exceptional. They were so helpful, kind and generous and we were very sad to say goodbye. We really hope to go back again soon.

Authentic, peaceful, generous and kind hosts, a beautiful experience.

Pros: The hosts were incredible. They made the holiday for us. The villa is on a farm and they gave us some of the food they've grown as well as the wine (excellent!!). Nothing was too much trouble for them with any queries. We were initially a bit cautious about staying in a villa with the owners onsite, but nothing could have been further from the truth, they allowed us all the privacy needed. They were usually preoccupied with the farm in any case. The pool is wonderful, the villa is great, air con works wonderfully. The views are just amazing and the area is very quiet it's a perfect location if you want peace. You will need a car though. It's literally a 5 minute drive from the airport which is cool. Thank you Josip and Andreja We had a wonderful time and would very much recommend staying here.

Cons: The only issue we had was the original listing said it was a 4 bed villa so imagine our surprise when there was only 3 bedrooms! The hosts said its been something that they've been trying to change but couldn't (I think it has now). Someone could have let us know in advance. But wasn't an issue in the end as the lounge had a sofa bed which our eldest was happy to sleep on so it didn't impact the holiday for us.

Good and relaxing stay

Pros: The house, pool and area were nice and relaxing. The kitchen with all you need was one really good thing there. We vere there with family and this was one of our needs. Also good parking was very good plus. Also friendliness of the owner made us happy.

Cons: Good filter coffee machine would be nice. Anyway morning coffee at garden teras was my favourite.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen obwohl wir viel zu früh waren. Sofort standen Getränke und Snacks für den Verzehr bereit. Die Villa, der Garten, der Poolbereich mit Grillmöglichkeit usw. wirklich einzigartig schön. Andrea und Josep sind sehr liebe Gastgeber, die keinen Wunsch offen lassen 😊🙏. Sie waren stets hilfsbereit und super freundlich.....ein tolles Paar 😇. Das Highlight war der Grillabend zu dem wir eingeladen wurden. Leckere Grillspezialitäten, Brot, Salate, selbstgemachten Kuchen zum Nachtisch und sogar vegetarische Speisen für unsere beiden Vegetarier 🥳👍. Der selbstgemachte Grappa und Rotwein haben den Abend abgerundet 🥰💪. Andrea und Josep sind durch und durch Farmer mit einem wunderschönen Garten und verschiedenen Tieren 🐏🐓🐈‍⬛.
