Villa Zen Port

Family holiday in superb villa, walking distance to beach and few amenities

Pros: We have stayed at many villas as a family of 5 adults and Villa Zen Port is definitely up there as one of the best. 3 large bedrooms with huge beds, own lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Like mini apartments. Lovely veranda for eating and one of the best swimming pools. Beach 5 min walk away, few little restaurants, great bakery, small grocery store and icecream parlour round corner. We visited Budva, old town is lovely and Petrovac. Both worth a visit but get very busy. Alexandar the host and Myra the cleaner both excellent and so helpful. Montenegro is beautiful and we will return.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like, all excellent. Only recommendation is not much shade around pool and some umbrellas would be good. You also really need a car to explore montenegro

Pros: Wonderful villa, each double room has its own kitchen and living space - pool was lovely! Good location for beaches and local restaurants.

Cons: There are two villa zen ports in a similar location which was confusing for taxis and when first finding the property. Also note no where is open on a Sunday so prepare!

Pros: We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and it easily accommodated our group of 10 people from 3 families. We stayed for 7 days and had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. The villa's location is a huge advantage, as it is within walking distance to the beach, market, and bakery. The pool is well-maintained and added to our enjoyment. Having a staff member come in daily for cleaning was a great touch, keeping the villa clean and tidy throughout our stay. We visited Sveti Stefan, Budva, and Kotor during our stay, and access to these places by car was very easy. Communication with the host was excellent; he was very tolerant and helpful. We were very pleased with our holiday at the villa and would definitely like to return.

Pros: Everything was on point. The guest was really helpful and gave us everything we needed.

Perfect place for a family holiday and base to explore Montenegro.

Pros: Lovely quiet location next to the beach with great amenities.

Fabulous villa, ideal for large families.

Pros: Good pool, big house with open plan kitchen-living room, undercover eating area outside, shade or sun options for relaxing outside.

Cons: 2 of the showers had no attachment for the shower head. Noisy at night if windy banging of metal sound either from gate or roof (not sure which).

Beautiful villa for a family stay or event

Pros: The hosts are very welcoming and supportive. The house is exactly as on the photos: clean, beautiful and spacious. Three families can easily stay. There are all needed kitchen utensils and towels inside. Thanks, will definitely come again!

Pros: We really enojoyed our stay at Villa Zen Port. Enough space for several families/group of friends, each bedroom with a separate bathroom and great common area on a first floor. Nice beach 5 mins walk from the house, but a car would be needed to explore the cities and restaurants nearby.

A delightful property for complete relaxation

Pros: A beautiful place to stay - spacious and comfortable inside, with a gorgeous outside area with an excellent pool and great tree and flowers. A great shaded balcony area to have lunch and dinner. Round the corner is a bakery, ice cream, restaurants and you are down the road from the beach. Grocery store a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Pros: הווילה גדולה, מאובזרת טוב מאוד. חצר עם בריכה פשוט וואו, בריכה ענקית נקייה ומהממת! בנוסף הבית קרוב לחוף ים ומסעדות באיזור, ויחד עם זאת נוף מהמם להרים מסביב, המיקום מושלם, אפשר להנות משקט ופרטיות. נהננו מאוד, מומלץ בחום Perfect!!! a beautiful house with such a beautiful pool!
