Waterfront Villa Magnolia

Amazing villa, just outside beautiful Kotor

Pros: Location fabulous, just a short walk into Kotor & an easy walk in either direction to a choice of restaurants & bars. Stunning views from the waterfront bedrooms. Quirky decor downstairs but in keeping. All amenities catered for- plenty of towels, toilet paper, basics in the kitchen & sun chairs. American style fridge with ice dispenser was invaluable ! Stony beach only a few steps in front of the villa, with the cleanest sea water inviting us daily 😎 Friendly welcome on arrival. Could not fault a single thing 5*

Wonderful family holiday in a beautiful villa

Pros: Everything really. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything you could want really. It is literally across the road from the beach/sea, it has chairs you can take with you too. The privacy of the gated garden was very nice. Ksenija, the manager, was just fantastic - she met us at the villa, showed us round and explained anything that needed to be explained, and she gave us so much advice over the week, booking excursions for us and was extremely quick at replying to any message we sent her.

Great location, gorgeous villa, perfect place to holiday with friends

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance from Kotor Old Town and good restaurants, but slightly quieter. Extremely well appointed, had everything we needed, including coffee machine & ice maker. Very comfortable beds. Lovely outside space with entertainment from the tortoises. Ksenija was an excellent and very attentive host 😀

Cons: Very minor, but an extra single bed on the top floor would make the villa accommodation even more flexible. (We were 2 families with older teenage children)

Pros: Clean, spacious and location was walking distance to the kotor old town. Ksenia was also very friendly, quick to respond to messages and provided us with all the relevant information. The villa and location was beautiful and we will surely be visiting again.

Pros: Beautiful villa right on the waterfront, 15 min walk into old town. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Ksenija made check in so easy with load of great recommendations for around the area.

Excellent location and super nice experience

Pros: Excellent location!!! We checked a lot of variants before reservation and location of this villa is really the best! We were with big company, so we would need to rent minimum 3 cars during our stay, so our target was to find villa in walking distance from Kotor Old town. Also it is in first line to the sea! Amazing. You can reach Kotor by walk by sea side road! There are a lot of nice restaurants on this way, so every evening we had lunch in different one and after we went in Kotor for desert in one super delicious local Gelateria, that was recommended by our host Ksenija, the best ice cream in our lives!❤️ thank you for amazing stay

Pros: מיקום טוב (על שפת המפרץ. בערך 15 דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה). בית גדול עם הרבה חדרים, מיטות וחדרי רחצה.

Cons: לטוב ולרע זה בית של מישהו אז יש בו הרבה אווירה (תמונות, ריהוט וכו׳) להבדיל ממקום אחרים שהם יותר סטריליים ואנונימיים. בסך הכל לא ממש נקודה רעה. הניווט ליעד קצת בעייתי בגלל שגוגל מנסה להפנות דרך רחוב חד סיטרי נגד כיוון התנועה. אבל את זה לומדים אחרי סיבוב אחד.

Mükemmel konum, çok güzel bir ev, akşamları sakin bir ortam.

Pros: Mükemmel bir konuma sahip, ev çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve kibar. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Akşamlar ön taraf da otur ak çok keyifliydi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Fotoğrafdaki minik ve çok tatlı kaplumbağayı çok özleyeceğiz.

Pros: Location, location, location was absolutely fabulous. The most beautiful spot in Kotor. Dobrota is the best neighborhood. Ksenija was very helpful and amazing too!

Cons: The smell of the house. There was no oven. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. The house felt like a museum which made it not family friendly. Do not recommend staying there if you have kids traveling with you.
