Amazing, modern clean Villa with great view

Pros: Amazing view, amazing pool, amazing Villa! Our stay was so good, we really enjoyed the place, and relaxing besides the pool with the view was something unique and one of our highlights! Lazar is a great host, and will look after you!

Stunning villa!

Pros: Stunning villa with amazing view! Every room has own aircondition. Villa is fully equipped. Contact people are super nice and helpfull. If you are traveling with car there is own garage. Nice pool. We would stay again!

Cons: Road to the villa is very steep so if you are not fit it is hard to walk, but you can drive it with car or taxi offcourse. Grill was not in use at the time.

Pros: The villa and views are absolutely gorgeous. One of the best I've ever stayed. Honestly amazing in every way! Superb and wouldn't hesitate to come back here if I ever ventured to Budva in the future. Also the hosts were brilliant and provided a Montenegro platter for our arrival, sorted out our transfers to the airport for when we checked out.Just overall an amazing experience from start to finish.

Cons: Only negative and it's not to do with the villa at all. It is to do with it being on top of a really steep hill..so unless you're super fit it's tough to walk up. So only option unless you have a car is to get a taxi back up. And unfortunately Budva taxis in the centre would not even consider doing it on the meter. And would not budge on €20 for a 4 minute drive. So yeah, frustrating. But as I said that's a problem with Budva and their taxi drivers. Hopefully Uber comes in the future to get rid of this issue.

Welcomed warmly and looked after the entire stay. The villa is amazing and perfect for any holiday.

Pros: Great views of Budva, super clean and tidy when we arrived. Plenty of towels and supplies. The hosts welcomed us answered plenty of questions about the local area and things to do and costs of them. They were very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. Overall, it's an amazing villa and 100% worth thr stay. As every other review basically says, the hill is quite steep, walking down isn't so bad but walking up is not fun. But we were provided with multiple taxi services and it was very cheap to get up and down the hill into old town.

Cons: Just the hill and having to get a taxi everytime (because we are lazy).

Pros: Set up of the house, the view, comfort of the rooms

Cons: Looking for the potential improvement I would install heating in the pool 👍

Lovely villa for our stay in Budva

Pros: Lovely Villa, the host was excellent and helped us with anything we needed. All rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The view from the pool is fantastic too.

Cons: We didn’t like how there was a security camera facing the pool, families with children may find this uncomfortable. There were other security cameras by the door and garage so i’m not sure why it was needed. Also, the villa is at the top of a steep hill - but in my opinion the walk is worth it for the view.
