Pros: This property is stunning. Better than the pictures. The customer service was impeccable! It was very clean, located amongst the hilltops but also conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The views from the property was stunning ! Overall, made our trip a wonderful memory. We will surely be back!

Pros: Das kleine Anwesen mit 5 Villen liegt in traumhafter Lage mit einer absolut gigantischen Aussicht. Der Erbauer hat sich was dabei gedacht. Man ist fernab des Trubels von Budva und ist dennoch in 10 Minuten am Meer und in 15 Minuten im besagten Budva. Als wir ankamen, waren wir einfach nur überwältigt. Es sind wirklich Villen - man kommt sich vor wie beim Denver Clan ;) - schon allein die Auffahrt mit dem elektronischen Tor. Die Wirklichkeit übertrifft die Bilder - das sagt glaub ich alles. Jeder Cent ist hier gerechtfertigt verlangt. Das Essen wird individuell auf Bestellung in der Villa serviert oder man kann es im Restaurant verzehren. Das Essen hat eine Qualität und Frische, wie man es selten erlebt. Es hat was von Sterne-Küche. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Jeder Wunsch wird einem erfüllt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Pros: Einfach ein Traum, neuwertige Villa, top ausgestattet in einer einzigartigen Lage am Hang mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, toller Pool. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons: Die Zufahrt ist abenteuerlich

Heerlijk relaxed met veel privacy.

Pros: Lekker veel privacy, personeel was zeer behulpzaam en super vriendelijk. Ik wilde een tripje boeken, en het personeel vn het tripje sprak geen engels. De gastheer van oakleaf had voor me gebeld en informatie ingenomen. Oak leaf reageerde gelijk op alle appjes. Ontbijt en diner was altijd lekker. Je kon dit ook in je huisje nuttigen ipv in het restaurant.

Pros: Все просто отлично. Отличная вилла, прекрасный ресторан, весь персонал общается по- русски. Отличный вид на море , хороший бассейн. Чистота на вилле и на территории виллы - идеальная. Удобно для большой семьи или для компании. Полотенца для пляжа выдают.

Cons: От моря пешком далековато, но есть трансфер за 20 евро от отеля, если вы не на машине.

luxuriöse Anlage

Pros: Sehr großzügige Anlage, mit eigenem Garten und Pool. Hoch über der Küste mit fantastischem Blick auf die Küste zwischen Budvar und Sveti Stefan. . Bis 3 Paar locker möglich, alle eigenes Bad. Auto unbedingt nötig

Cons: Da die Anlage schlecht gebucht war waren wir alleine im Restaurant
