Pros: The hotel was clean, spacious, and had direct access to the sea, which made our stay very relaxing. Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were friendly and polite.

Cons: Dinner was often repetitive and sometimes served cold. Most of the staff were friendly and polite, but some of the staff at the premium bar did not behave well. For example, even when you politely asked for a drink and thanked them, they handed it over with anger and poor attitude, which was disappointing.

Pros: Everything was great. When I saw the room, it was better than I had imagined. It was very convenient that there was a pool next to the room, and a terrace. There was a bar and a cafe next door where food was prepared right away. The food was very varied and changed every day. It's not like in Turkey where it starts to get repetitive after the third day. Lots of different meats: chicken, turkey, pork, beef, lamb. Fish dishes were also different. A rich selection of salads. Fruits were also many and varied. There were so many and varied sweets that I didn't even have time to try them all during the week.

Cons: What I didn't like. The pillows could have been better. And the store had very little selection, probably because the season was coming to an end.

Pros: Very nicely decorated the entire complex, cleaned and maintained. Bars available near the pools and on the beach with easy access, tasty and varied food, sweets and fruits at your discretion. Very friendly staff.

Cons: I would have preferred the water in the pool to be warmer.

Pros: A luxurious hotel! The food is delicious, and the premium alcohol is excellent. Thank you for the room and service upgrade. The staff is very friendly. The beach is stunning with its own sandy shore - the sand is so soft, it’s rare to find anything like it. The animation team is wonderful. We enjoyed everything.

Cons: The chairs in the main restaurant are a bit stained, it would be better to replace them with chairs without upholstery. And the beach towels could be newer. Other than that, everything is great!

Pros: We had another wonderful stay at Azul Beach Resort Montenegro by Karisma. What truly makes our holidays special here is the amazing team – they always go above and beyond, and that’s the reason we return every year. This time was no different: everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel at home. A special highlight was when my daughter received a small boat as a gift – she was absolutely delighted, and it created such a memorable moment for our family. Pros: Everything was amazing. Place was clean, beach was excellent for the kids, we liked it a lot. Long beach with sand, 5/5. Good place for families, a lot of kids activities, we will definitelly come again.
