Lovely surprise to find such good swimming/spa and health facilities. THANKYOU

Pros: Fabulous spa….HUGE swimming pool with Thalassotherapy spa attached. One of the best spa’s I’ve visited and as I’m swimmer I was delighted with the lap pool. The rooms were super comfy and I slept like a baby. The staff were all delightful, especially lady on spa desk (they give you delicious apple tea). Also I want to say a BIG thank you to the housekeeping staff. I left my silk pillowcases and my hot water bottle behind and they very kindly returned them, pillowcases all washed and ironed 😘

Cons: Sadly there were no spa treatments available, possibly due to the time of year and the hotel was a little further out of town that I’d thought.

Pros: Clean. Helpfully staff. Modern object. Super swimming pool.

Cons: Total disaster with a WiFi network. Opened. Without security but this was really don’t need because transfer under critical. Not useful.

Great accomodation, but do not eat there

Pros: The accomodation was very good, clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and they even had the curtesy to change my room from a twin to a king-size double bed for free.

Cons: The bar and food was horrible. Food was like the cheapest hamburger joint you can think off and even a little bit off. The bar took forever to bring our orders and they closed at 10p.m which is very unusual. At least the recepsionist can give you a bottle of water if you need it in the middle of the night, but here no.

Easy to use quiet comfortable hotel guarantees good stay and good sleep.

Pros: Large, comfortable, quiet hotel perfectly located outside of the city center, own parking, fantastic relaxing swimming pool including spa area with well equipped bedrooms guarantees good night sleep. In addition, very good breakfast and finally, very friendly and at the same time professional hotel staff.

Pros: Great welcome, kind & respectful staff. Wonderful restaurant with great food. Room is spacious and peaceful.

Cons: Uncomfortable harassment by fellow guest in sauna spaces. The staff was very apologetic about the incident which was appreciated. Nonetheless the hotel should be more attentive to the security measures in place to ensure all guests, especially female feel safe and secure during their stay.
