Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of the staff — they made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Everything was great. Great customer service. We had to print our bus tickets, they printed it for us at the reception. We booked our taxis at the reception too.

Cons: There was a plastic/fibre glass roof outside the roof in the balcony which made it inconveniently loud in the rain. Disturbed our sleep.

Recommended - great location and large clean comfortable rooms.

Pros: The location was excellent, near a main square and pedestrianised area. We were given a room upgrade which was lovely and very welcome. We enjoyed the spa facilities which were good and reasonably priced.

Cons: The service at breakfast could have been better. Items ran out and were not replaced quickly and the tables were small. There was no cheap parking near the hotel as it all seems to be expensive and full. We had to find a street about a 15 minute walk away but at least that was free.

Pros: Very good location on a pedestrian street. Did not stay long enough to make use of the spa facilities but based on how clean and comfortable the room was I imagine they would be enjoyable. Breakfast was a nice buffet offering with plenty of choice. Staff were great and I appreciate their help organising a taxi for our trip to the airport which made the whole process much easier
