We'll be back!
Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very cozy, and the heating worked perfectly, which made our stay especially comfortable. The breakfasts were good, and the dinners truly exceeded our expectations - everything was delicious and well-prepared. The location is also very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. There are shops and restaurants nearby, which made everything even more enjoyable. There is some hotel construction going on around the property from different sides, but it did not disturb our rest at all. We were still able to relax without any issues. We also enjoyed the wellness area - the Finnish sauna was very good, while the pool was a bit cold for our taste. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Pros: Rooms were cleaned daily , most staff members were helpful, hotel is in good condition, well maintained.
Cons: There is a lot of construction works within the vicinity of the hotel which may obscure the views and the noise that comes with construction machines etc can be uncomfortable.

Great place for a stay in Budva
Pros: I really liked the location and the modern feel of the hotel. You can easily get from it on foot to anywhere in Budva centre , including the Old Town, and it’s equally easy and straightforward to get in and out by car. The multilingual hotel staff are very helpful and professional. During my stay, no request was too much trouble for them. A special mention goes to Nemanja from the reception team, who was very polite and accommodating. They even found and brought a shoehorn to my room after I asked for one, as I was wearing new shoes on this trip that were a bit tight to put on. Be sure to make use of the wonderful spa on the top floor. I visited a couple of times during my stay and each time I had the place entirely to myself. I can’t fault this hotel for anything and would certainly book it again. With thanks

a nice and quite new hotel
Pros: the hotel was reasonably new and clean, the room with a nice sea view was great; wellness option is also a great advantage during out-of-season time
Cons: the breackfast felt a bit crowded, although out of season, and for the same reason – the minute-to-minute check-out reminder felt a bit off for the price/facility size

Still a nice hotel but need focus in near future.
Pros: Breakfast is fine, free parking in streets or in underground parking lot. Hotel is a hotel which is still fine, but it could need some focus. Its not new anymore. We had Ocean wieu rooms, which is indeed nice but we also had building spot wieu at the same time. See photos. Walking distance to city and beachfront. Around 100 euro for room, ocean wieu and breakfast is fair priced.
Cons: Hotel could need some focus, look at Elevator silo, the tube in which the elevator mowes its really not something people should look into, from buttom til top its a nonfinished dirty tube, which everyone look into while waiting for elevator. Especially at garage level. Pool not really heated = cold, and to much enclosed on 7 floor as an indoor Pool. Its never an popular solution. Se photo of bathroom door, paint has left the door. Details need focus. But hotel is general still good but nothing special. Hotel is next to a big building spot and an abandoned empty previous bazar building, so its not a cozy neibourhood you look at from balcony.

Wonderful and clean
Pros: This hotel is amazing and had everything what we needed. It has a nice sauna, pool and a fair breakfast. The rooms are very clean and modern. The wifi is fast and the staff speaks very good english so the communication was without any difficulties.
Cons: The only thing what we didnt like was the coffee at the breakfast. They use some kind of an instant coffee which tastes horrible and if you want to have a \
