Family Holiday

Pros: It's a massive hotel which connect to the beach with lots of facilities. Every evening there's some event for the children which was a bonus. Multiple restaurants so you don't need to wait in the queue for the food. All the staff were very helpful.

Cons: We booked 2 rooms for 4 person (3 person in one room, 1 person in another) as through booking.com we couldn't find any room where 4 people can stay. Surprisingly both the rooms are same size, but the I was expecting the family room would be a bigger one. They provide the 3rd bed as a sofa bed along with 2 single bed which was a bit disappointing.

Lovely place to get back. Like coming home again.

Pros: As always, the garden and pool area are fantastic. Alongside with the beach and the sea. Excellent food and drinks.

Cons: Not to pay beach beds extra. Not to pay sauna extra. All inclusive means you give all you got with that, ain'it like that ?

Overall a very nice stay with some very small unpleasant details.

Pros: The views were very beautiful. The staff was very nice and polite. The food was excellent and the beds very comfy. We had a large family room with a big bathroom. The kids enjoyed the bath very much. The one outside pool was warm enough to swim in it even at the end of October. No limitations on drinks. We loved the stay very much.

Cons: Things I didn’t like were the smoking EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE. So, you go out of the hotel door (anywhere at the inside teritory) and you could feel cigarettes. That we didn’t enjoy. The hotel is children-friendly, so that seemed a bit weird. Another thing was door safety. Even if we turned the lock on the door, we could still open the door just like before turning the lock. Our youngest would just randomly open the door and go out. Very unsafe. And the kids playground needs to be updated with not broken things.

Pros: Great hotel! It’s right on the beachfront, but the beach is not private, so you have to pay extra for the sunbeds. The food is amazing, and the hotel is very clean. There are events every night — something for kids and something for adults. Overall, everything was great!

Cons: The toilet had a slight bad smell — not too strong, but noticeable. Also, people reserve sunbeds by the pool very early. You have to wake up around 6:30 AM to get a spot by the pool (not the hotel’s fault, but I didn’t like it).

Pros: Staff were friendly, and the location was good and beautiful.

Cons: The absence of amenities in the room, such as kettle, tea.

Pros: Food was really very good. Choice of drinks great too. Staff really helpful.

Cons: Super busy, lots of people reserving sunbeds

Clean but overpriced - not a good value for money

Pros: Clean, but noisy. Good food and drinks. Next the to the beach. Staff was great!

Cons: Noisy, way too much, music untill 23.00 and rooms are not soundproof. Too many extra charges to add like beach sunbeds and bars, sauna, toiletries, etc... shall be all inclusive right?! Beds and pillows are not very comfortable.

Pros: Everything the hotel was perfect for us from the start to the end

Pros: Friendly, professional personal and always ready to help. Communication was never a problem, since everyone can speak multiple languages. Very good room cleaning (your employee - Maha - is doing amazing job! The room was very tidy, even my charging cable was accurately folded, my swimming glasses were removed from direct sunlight and many more small but very noticeable details). Very good choice of food. Everyone can find something they like (including diet food). The beach/sea is very good, just few meters away. The resort has tennis places, basketball & volleyball playground.
