Outstanding stay - spa and restaurant were a highlight

Pros: We had an outstanding stay! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning very comfortable and homely, spa is fabulous and the restaurant is fantastic. Beautiful views from the room.

A Truly Exceptional Stay

Pros: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous — unique, stylish, beautiful, and impeccably clean. Our room was stunning, and every member of the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. A special highlight was the spa. The manager at the reception went above and beyond to find available spots for our treatments, and they proved to be completely worth it. Zafer at the spa is fantastic. The restaurant also deserves praise: both breakfast and dinner were delicious and beautifully prepared.

A beautiful stay in a truly beautiful location

Pros: Everything was fantastic! Such beautiful hotel! The staff were so amazing, professional and friendly. The spa area was so nice and massages were 10/10 and moderately priced. Breakfast was incredible every day (the pistachio croissants blew my mind!). The restaurant did get very busy in the evening. The outdoor pool area was clean and well maintained and we could request drinks using the app. Fantastic location just a short walk from the centre, restaurants and shops. We got a train into Stari Bar and easily took a taxi from the station to the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, all the amenities you could need in the room. The hotel kindly allowed us to have complimentary late check out on one of our rooms so we could use the pool for the remainder of the day.

Special place to fully enjoy Old Bar

Pros: The building, location and view are amazing! Loved the spa/hammam and the offered massage services.

Pros: Had an absolutely wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and their attentive service was exceptional. The whole hotel has a lovely, calming atmosphere. The family room is both spacious and cosy, providing the perfect retreat. The hotel breathtakingly peaceful views are a highlight. The authentic interior design, which adds to the hotel's charm. The spa was a clean and relaxing bonus, offering a great variety of treatments. Would happily return to this hotel. special thanks to the outstanding team!

Cons: The stairs to breakfast area downstairs need additional handrails for ease. There was a lot of singing on one of the nights sounded like kareoke

Fantastic stay and a really comfortable night's sleep

Pros: Everything, fantastic hotel, really comfortable rooms with terrace, views fabulous, showers, towels etc all lovely, what a great hotel. Good location just a short walk from the fortress, it is up the hill, but so is almost everything! Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Spa is really good too. It's built into the side of the hill, and it's a bit of a maze, but there's a lift up from the old part of Stari Bar. This hotel lives up to its listing and more.

Cons: Nothing!

Just perfect

Pros: Everything. I stayed here on my way to Greece for one night and it was so good I stayed for a further two nights on the way back home!

A warm, welcoming stay.

Pros: My second stay at the hotel. The reception team are warm and welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean and perfect for the weary traveller. The location is fantastic with commanding views of Old Town Bar.

Cons: It would have been nice to have the indoor pool open during my stay but I understand why. Also, perhaps a change of music that is piped through the hotel. It is a bit repetitive if you're here for a few days. But these are very minor points. The hotel is fabulous.

Pros: The hotel is in the center of the old city. High-class room.

Cons: The pool was under renovation. The shampoo/soap dispensers were empty.

Pros: Beautiful view of the old town from our room and from the pool and restaurant area. Well maintained facility. Wonderful spa, especially the Hammam treatment. Friendly staff. Private parking available.
