Pros: Sve super. Osoblje potpuno posvećeno, jako se trude da ponude sve potrebne sadržaje, posebno za djecu. Park je izuzetan. Također, tu su sve stvari potrebne za jednu porodicu uključujući posuđe i sušilo za veš. Sve je uredno i čisto, higijena na nivou.

Pros: We’re fourth time in Utjeha and really appreciated 3 min walk from the beach and on the same time great isolated territory with shade and olive garden. Very convenient There is a small play ground with trampoline and lots of green space for free play outdoor, pretty safe. So younger daughter 6 y.o was always busy with a multilingual team of children, Serbian-Russian-English. Lucky we, parents😄 Hosts’ family is very nice people, welcoming and supportive. The facility is self catering, but you have all equipment for housekeeping. For us it’s an advantage not to get interfered. Bedclothes and towels are free to change any time on request. Once in 5 days vacuum cleaning is done. You even have a dishwasher!
Cons: Kitchen and bathroom are fully renovated and new, but sofa in the living room is shabby, I hope it will be changed not to spoil the whole impression, we had to cover it with blanket to feel cozy and clean enough

The host, Ramo and his family were so nice and helpful, we felt like at home.
Pros: The accomodation and the garden were spacious, there was a whole playground in the garden.

Good stay close to the beach
Pros: Very friendly and open owners, close to the beach, very nice olive garden with playground, excellent A/C, double bed very good, kitchen and TV okay
Cons: Sofa not so comfortable, balcony was good, but no privacy screen, no storage or shelves and no ventilation in the bathroom

Pros: Friendly and helpfull host and his wife. Bungalow was really clean, well equiped, air condition was wonderfull during hot days. Outside area was really nice, the olive trees gave us some shadow that help us to rest. Great place for families who like to spend nice, calm time. Location is close to the main beach, but we've found the small, not so crowded beach near the apartment. Highly recommend, for sure we'll get back in the future.
Cons: The apartment is great. We reccomend to take some probiotic pills before visiting the area of Utjeha because of the quality of water in the sea.

W oliwnym gaju
Pros: Piękny, klimatyczne miejsce. Cudowny gaj oliwny. Bardzo czysto. Gospodarze przemili, uczynni po prostu wspaniali ludzie. Blisko do plaży. Łóżka wygodne.
Cons: Gościnność gospodarzy i cudowne otoczenie nie pozwalają na znalezienie mankamentów.

Pros: Sa porodicom sam došao tamo,ljudi su nas ugostili prijatno i sve je proteklo u najboljem redu.Budući da smo zbog djeteta morali hitno nazad,domaćin nam je vratio novac za preostale dane.Svaka preporuka,ljudi su ispali i više nego korektni.Nadmašili sva naša očekivanja,preporučujem ovaj smještaj svakome.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku.
Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu. Bardzo blisko do plaży. Na terenie obiektu prywatny parking wśród drzew oliwnych gwarantujący bezpieczeństwo dla pojazdu. Obiekt wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Gospodarze bardzo uprzejmi i mili oraz pomocni we wszystkim.
