Montenegro 🇲🇪

Pros: The house is beautiful, full of artistic details The host made us a wonderful dinner And a simple breakfast. We booked. A. Boat ride with him , too, as the river is like paradise.

Cons: We were overcharged for the whole experience, meaning more than we agreed to, and in cash On top of it we gave a free car ride to his nex clients So make sure you agree about the whole service via booking, not via instant messagimg.

Pros: The lake house is extremely remote down quite a challenging road but it is definitely worth the effort. The house itself is very rustic and traditional but had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. When we were there it was extremely hot so couldn't do too much but the kids loved jumping off the bridge in the village and we had a fab time swimming by the restaurant and kayaking down the river. It is very relaxing just hanging out although there isn't a huge amount to do in the village but was perfect for us. Really enjoyed our stay

Cons: The only thing I would suggest is maybe some sunloungers outside to relax on the chairs outside could do with some updating. Also check for crickets before going to bed they somehow sneak in the house and are v loud in the middle of the night. 😁

Pros: Beautifully kept old house retaining a traditional character. Very comfortable seating inside and on 2 wonderful verandas. The only road to the village is narrow and very bumpy but the views are to die for, world class I would say.

Cons: No shops in village make sure you arrive with food and water. No washing machine and poor shower. Only 2 rings on cooker and no microwave.

Ongelofelijke omgeving

Pros: Mooi karakteristiek huis, heel rustig en omgeven door prachtige natuur. Adembenemende vergezichten op weg naar het huis.

Cons: Het huis ligt erg afgelegen, de weg ernaar toe is smal en uitdagend, maar het loont de moeite door de prachtige omgeving. Het huis was prima in orde, maar kan hier en daar nog wat extra liefde gebruiken.
