Excellent villa with amazing views
Pros: Good communication with the host. Light and clean villa with excellent facilities, the bathrooms were excellent and the pool was checked regularly so we felt more comfortable. Also such a lovely viewpoint of Sveti Stefan from a church less than 20 minute walk away!
Cons: No complaints! Obviously it is up the mountain so a car or taxis are needed to get into budva itself and there were quite a few steps to a villa, not a problem just something to be aware of.

Absolutely stunning views, amazing sunsets, great hosts and the staff were excellent
Pros: The views from the villa were stunning, facilities were excellent and we cannot fault the service. Have to mention the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was a problem for them. Amazing

Pros: The villa was extremely clean with all needful amnesties as described.
Cons: No near supermarket to buy needful groceries, no deliveries available for food. Need to buy all needful groceries in advance.

Pros: The house was super clean and modern. Very spacious as well with all bedrooms, bathrooms and living space plentiful. The staff were also very tentative and
Cons: The houses are located in the hillside so a car is required. There is only one small shop and petrol that is walking distance - however it is super hilly.

We will be back!
Pros: Everything was extremely clean and with only 2 years nearly brandnew. Very spacious layout: master bedroom with master bathroom downstairs, next to open kitchen, living room and additional bath. Upstairs 2 bigger rooms with 2 beds each, sharing a nice and big bathroom and some useful roof terrace. One evening we had a problem with an upstairs window not closing correctly. A few minutes after the text message the house keeper arrived and fixed the problem temporary - the next day the „window master“ showed up and repaired to our full satisfaction. THIS is how good service should look like. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - and oh - did I mention the huge fruit basket upon arrival….?
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Мы бронировали 2 виллы для семьи на Новый год, остались очень довольны, место с потрясающим видом, Душан и Цеце радушно
Pros: Вид фантастический, на вилле было очень чисто, в доме тепло, вся мебель новая, персонал был очень вежливый и помогал нам во всем.
Cons: Бойлер очень маленький, воды не хватало на 6 человек, приходилось ждать, очень неудобно. В санузлах пахло канализацией. Из-за дождя в доме кое-где протек потолок.

Tolle Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick und super Ausstattung
Pros: Ein tolles Haus und somit der richtige Ort für uns als Familie mit den Kindern (7,16 & 20 Jahre) Urlaub zu machen. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge, ruhige Lage (zumindest als wir da waren), die Küche war top ausgestattet und jeder hatte, wenn nötig, seinen Rückzugsort. Es war alles ordentlich sauber und auch Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher waren verfügbar. Einen extra Pluspunkt gibt es für die Waschmaschine.
Cons: Leider gab es am Pool (direkt am Haus) sehr viele Mücken... sodass es zum Baden nicht angenehm war. Fehlende Mülltrennung und am Parkplatz dann nur eine Mülltonne für ALLES, egal ob Bioabfall, Plastik, Papier und vorallem Leergutflaschen 😏 Schade!!
