Pros: Guesthouse was on point with my expectations because of the reviews. Awesome hospitality, whatever you need they are welcome to help you and make your stay there comfortable. Rooftop balcony has beautiful view at night, there is also balcony on lower levels where you can hang out outside your room, clean towels, accesories etc.. on your request. Location is very close to the main road so you will not get lost thats for sure, its relatively close to the beach, quick car trip to the beach in 2min and you can find free parking spots all across the long beach on the backside. Overall 10/10 for the price you pay.

Amazing stay

Pros: Everything was just perfect! Clean, genuinely located, private parking and super friendly hosts. I'm coming again for sure!

Everything you expect and with the staff being the cherry on top

Pros: The property was very cozy and clean, what made the stay extremely pleasant were the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a very positive experience with Sabina and Besa. There was also a rooftop terrace we enjoyed in the night. If we ever decide to come to Ulcinj again we will definitely visit here again.

Cons: if you have no means of transportation, which was our case, the location is a bit far from the better beach spots approx 20-30 minutes walk, buy with a car shouldnt be a problem they also had parking

Pros: Quiet location, friendly hosts, the lady owner speaks perfect English, always willing to help or guide. Also, the location is close to Long Beach (about 10 minutes' walk). A lot of restaurants and markets in the immediate vicinity, even a bus stop (I used it with some reservations). The apartment was clean, equipped with some essentials in the kitchenette, hot water, functional air conditioning, balcony, TV, towels, toilet paper, parking next to and in the immediate vicinity, clean hallways, etc... If I ever get to the area again I will definitely try to stay here.

Cons: It depends on everyone's whims, I don't have any.

Pros: Good Location, very polite and understanding staff including the owner

Pros: Close to the beach, owner was nice and she is a native English speaker so it was easy to communicate. It was nice that the room had a mirror space with a chair and i could do my my make-up there. The room was big and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. Good value for the price.

Cons: They could improve the shower heads, add some curtains, and add a little shelf in the bathroom. The bed was a little hard to our likings but we slept ok. 😊

Nice staff, close to everything.

Pros: The host was super communicative and helpful. The guesthouse was close to everything. The room was enough for 3 people.
