Pros: We were welcomed so warm and open, we really loved our stay there. We have been the last tourists, because it was already the end of the season, but nevertheless the family made us feel comfortable and at home.

Perfect homely stay in Ulcinj

Pros: Lovely affordable place to stay. Next to many amenities and a short walking distance to the beach and the Old Town. The hosts were very kind and made us breakfast early as we needed to go before the set time. We were also assisted to find a free spot to park on right in front of the property (this is availability dependant). Little touches throughout

Nice stay

Pros: Lady prepared a very nice local meal setup every morning at 9 am and was fantastic. Dringing bottled water was available all round. Whole famiywas very cheerful. Thanks

Cons: Parking was not free as mentioned in the advert. And I have received a parking notice even after placing the parking ticket however that was mistake . For which tobacco lady at ulcinj was of great help she spoke with sheriff. Thanks to her.

Pros: A nice, although small room with a balcony. Access to a well-equipped kitchen, possibility of washing clothes for extra money. I haven't eaten the food made by the host as I am vegan, but everything looked and smelled wonderful. Great location - near the centre, but not in the middle of traffic jams and constant honking. Good communication with the host who is a very nice woman.

Cons: It is possible to use the kitchen, but it's the same one used by the owner, so sometimes it is not easy to get some space, there might be lots of dirty dishes after the meal and you might feel a little awkward. In the room, there is a wardrobe, but with a very strong smell of chemicals against insects - impossible to get rid off. There might also be a hook in the bathroom to hang your towels/clothes

Friendly service, great hospitality, very clean room and amazing food.

Pros: We were greeted with friendly service and wonderful hospitality. The location is very close to the center of Ulcinj. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was wonderful. Ms. Lija and her husband, in particular, took excellent care of us. We felt like we were in a family home. The complimentary Dubai cheesecake was amazing. In short, you can book here with your eyes closed and stay with peace of mind. Thank you for everything, Lija ❤️

Comfortable stay

Pros: Good, central location next to local market, not far from bus station nor beach. Very nice owner preparing homemade meals, huge portions :) Good wifi connection. Worth recommending.

Cons: Balcony should be cleaned a bit

Pros: A lovely little oasis in the town, close to restaurants, ATMs, etc. The owners were wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you for the stay.

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The food was absolutely delicious – I especially loved the local dishes. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making me feel at home. I already miss the priganice! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and authentic experience.

Affordable stay, good value for money except the breakfast

Pros: The location is not bad, 15 min feom the bus station and maybe 10 min from the old town. Ghe place has a nice terrace.

Cons: I ordered breakfast but unfortunately it was not reallly good (a very strange ‘wet’ omelette with a small piece of cheese and tomato for 10€!!)
