Nice stay in the heart of Budva (a bit underwhelming breakfast)

Pros: We enjoyed our stay overall. We had two rooms with balconies overlooking a garden, and the rooms were very quiet — we could hardly hear anything from the street, even though the hotel is in a vibrant area of Budva. The balconies each had a set of chairs and a small table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Although the guest house may seem a little far from the beach, I don’t see it as a drawback. There are plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to reach the beach, which makes for a pleasant walk. The underground garage is a bit small, but I assume that’s fairly common in Budva. We had no difficulty parking while the lot was mostly empty, though I can imagine it might be trickier when it’s full. Parking costs €7 per day. Each room had a large fridge, which was a big plus. The rooms were also quite spacious, the Wi-Fi worked fine, and communication with the owner was good and prompt.

Cons: I must admit, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast options, which is why we gave a lower rating. Even though there are plenty of choices, you can only select one per day, and we ended up choosing the same ones each morning (1. fried eggs with sausages, bread, a little cream cheese, and vegetables; 2. omelette with ham and cheese), as the other options weren’t as satisfactory for us. It was a bit of an experiment for us to stay at a place with a served breakfast rather than a buffet, and I don’t think we would choose this option again. The service was also somewhat disappointing, as the staff seemed rather unwelcoming. Additionally, the fact that even a latte macchiato was served in smaller glasses—different from those given to outside guests—felt like a sign that the hotel was trying to cut costs at the expense of its own guests.

Amazing stay in Budva

Pros: Our Host Dalia was absolutely amazing she looked after us really well, always keen to help with everything, 100 recommended stay in her place, definitely if will come Budva one more time I'll choose this place again,

Nice and cosy

Pros: It was a great stay. Dalia was very friendly and attentive, and generously let us check out at 2pm, as we had an evening flight. The cleanliness of the place was very high. My only suggestion is to use/change fabric softener as the bathroom towels were quite hard.

Pros: The room was very good, all the staff were amazing and helpful if we needed help, also the restaurant in the hotel was wonderful- cheap and tasty and the staff here was also amazing!

Cons: The WI-FI was very bad we couldn't even send a message in WhatsApp even though the router was near our room. Also the hotel is quite far from the sea and we walked 20 minutes to get here.

Cons: Nothing special

Pros: We liked that we had a quiet room as we requested and that the property had underground parking (which we reserved in advance and which we paid separately). The room is nicely decorated and quite clean.

Cons: Breakfast was served at the hotel's restaurant/cafe (where other meals can be served as well, but we didn't try). Our breakfast was included in the price of the accommodation and he had several options from which we could choose only one. The dishes were basic, not very tasty and practically there was no diversity at all because you could only choose one type of food per person. We would have preferred a buffet where we could take what we wanted. Also, although the host was very friendly, some employees who served us at breakfast were not very kind. It should be taken into account that the location is not right in the city center, you have some walking distance, but you can go by car in many places, and the fact that you have parking at the accommodation is a plus.

Great stay in a good location near everything important (stores, beach, bus station etc)

Pros: Good location, clean rooms and great&friendly staff, even tho they dont all speak english so well and we had few slight misunderstandings during a breakfast, but thats okay. Breakfast is overall really good.

Pros: It was amazing holiday! Everything was very clean and new, good breakfast. Comphortable location, everything close to the hotel.

Pros: Everything was great, you choose your breakfast from a menu. There is underground parking.
