Apartments and Winery Djukovic

quiet and nice place

Pros: The apartment is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The decoration has a lot of antique elements. There's a nice view from the big covered terrace. The swimming pool is big and clean with good sunbeds around and a beautiful view with lake Skadar in the distance. For breakfast you get a huge plate with different cheeses, hams and salamis and a lot of the typical montenegrin diep fried doughnuts (priganice). Eggs on order. The location is very quiet, away from the hectic small town of Virpazar, which is around 15 minutes away. You can have dinner if you reserve before. The host was kind and helpful.

Cons: For us breakfast was really too much. We always had enough for lunch as well. We missed some yoghurt and cereals.

Great apartment with lovely views in remote location

Pros: Lovely views across to lake Skadar, Filip was very helpful, comfortable room with lovely terrace, good breakfast

Cons: Lack of proper coffee (only Turkish available), doesn’t have a proper bar, difficult to find and very windy narrow access roads

Picturesque setting, great wine and a nice pool with a view.

Pros: Very friendly host who was there to welcome us when we arrived. We had the place to ourselves for the two nights we were there so we enjoyed the exclusive use of the pool. Lovely views and delicious wine (best enjoyed together).

Cons: WiFi was poor but we were rather remote!

Stunning view, Amazing wine and food, Warm and welcoming host.

Pros: 1. Amazing Location. Beautifully designed houses and garden. Stunning view from the mountain down into the valley. Even the Skadar Lake you can clearly see. The Highlight is floating in the pool and looking down the mountain. 2. Super sympathic host (Filip). We had nice conversations about Motenegro as a country and their people. His serving of the wine tasting and breakfast was super nice. We felt comfortable and welcome every second of our stay. 3. The wine and the food being served tastes great. 4. The main village Virpazar is easily reachable within 15 minutes by car.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Authentic!

Pros: The breakfast was very good and portions were huge! The coffee is not the best though. The pool offers a perfect view, bring your own refreshments to enjoy at sunset! You can ask the owner to prepare dinner as well, which was delicious. The price is a bit high 40 euros but the portion is so big that you can share. For example we had 3 portions for a family of 5. You get a soup and salad, the main meal (meat or fish) and a dessert.

Perfect!

Pros: The apartments were lovely! Incredibly clean and very nicely decorated. Filip was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We did the wine tasting and would highly recommend! Filip and his mum also arranged for us to have dinner one evening as there was a storm, which was very kind. The whole grounds of the property is stunning and we would stay again.

Wonderfull stay in the mountains of Virpazar

Pros: Wonderfull location, great pool, super friendly hosts, superb breakfast. You can also dine in, home cooked meal at a very reasonable price. It was a very relaxing stay.

Peaceful and authentic place

Pros: We are so lucky we could have stayed there. Such an amazing place ! Beautiful view, the room are so clean, the food is totally amazing. It is so peaceful !
