A good option for a secluded and quiet vacation

Pros: Everything was great, a very clean and fully equipped room with a beautiful sea view, exactly as in the photos. We were very warmly welcomed, and the owners were in touch throughout our holiday.

Cons: This is not about the apartments, but about Utjeha. It is difficult to find a place for walks nearby, especially if you are with a dog. Very few choices of shops and restaurants. There is nothing to do here without a car.

Beautiful sunsets from the roof or from our airconditioned apartment.

Pros: We liked that the host was on site and able to answer any questions that we may have had about tours, beaches, etc. Parking was provided and never a problem. Whenever we had a question, the reply came back that day or the next day.

Cons: There is only one air conditioner in the whole apartment. We recommend putting one in each bedrooms.

Pros: Ev yamaçta ve 4. Katta olduğu için manzara müthişti. Her gün denizden güneşin batışını izlemek muhteşemdi. Balkondan lebiderya denizi seyretmek ve sağ tarafta da dağları seyretmek, Özellikle balkonun büyük ve geniş olması manzaranın keyfini çıkarmak için bulunmaz bir fırsattı. Tabi bu manzaraya bakarak Sabah kahvaltısını ve akşam yemeğini balkonda yapmak büyük bir lükstü. Özel otoparkının olması özellikle elektrikli araçların şarjı için şarj cihazı olmasına cidden şaşırdım. Hiç tahmin etmiyordum. 10 gün boyunca güneşin batışına doydum desem yeridir. Bütün odaların kliması olması çok iyiydi. Evde Kumsal da güneşlenmek için şemsiye ve su soğutucunun olması da ayrı bir güzellikti.

We highly recommend a stay for fabulous accommodations, serene location and very gracious hosts!

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. The sea view was stunning. Michael and Katharina were such gracious, welcoming, and helpful people. We like to prepare meals, and the kitchen was very well stocked to do so. The communication was great, and we were provided with lots of local information and adventure opportunities.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like.
