Good place

Pros: Sve je bilo onako kako je postavljeno na booking-u. Cisto, udobno, domacin je prijatan i svakome bih preporucila ove apartmane.

Cons: Jedina zamerka, nismo imale tv u sobi.

Pros: Such a great place to stay in Ulcinj. The apartment has everything you need and the host was easily reachable and very kind. Very good value for money and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Pros: The host was super friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The apartment was a bit further from the city centre but still walkable. Close to the bus station.

Cons: I liked everything.

Good property, not best location without a vehicle.

Pros: The property itself was comfortable and clean and had everything you'd need for a stay. Bed was comfy and had extra blanket. Balcony was pleasant enuf to sit and hv a tea but just a view of a plain garden. Kitchen has sufficient utensils to cook small meals. Fridge was convenient. Supermarket is a 5min bicycle ride away. There are also eateries close to the supermarket. You are in a residential area so it's quite and there are small markets/stalls nearby for fresh fruit and vegetables. It takes about 15-20min either way (by bicycle and then some walking) to get to either the old town or long beach so that's something to keep in mind if you don't hv a vehicle.

Cons: Note that this property is located somewhere between the old town and long beach. Without a car or some form of vehicle it's far to both locations. Lucky for me the owner was kind enough to loan me his bicycle for free to move around so I managed with that. But if don't cycle, hv younger kids or the such then this is something to consider. The area within the old town is very hilly and steep so either way u drive or cycle close to the old town then u need to be walking around anyway. The ride to the long beach for me was about 15-20mins and I really enjoyed the time there. But there's no shade unless u book one of those deck chairs (more sure of cost as I didn't!). the unit could use a bathroom mat as well as as a mat at the door entrance. To get to the property, use the driving directions on Google maps and NOT the walking directions as all those access roads are blocked. The owner was kind enough to come pick me up when I contacted him from a closer landmark but I couldn't walk the using the Google walking directions.

Pros: Sve pohvale za coveka, veoma fin, sta god vam treba izacice u susret, donosio nam je zamenu za posteljinu peskire krpe itd. Sve maksimalno cisto i uredno.

Cons: Lokacija je losa, ako niste dosli kolima necete se dobro provesti i necete nista videti. Sve je daleko iako deluje da nije toliko zapravo jeste, najbliza plaza je oko 3 km udaljena. Setaliste takodje daleko. Buseva nema jedini prevoz je taksi koji je sam po sebi skup.

It was

Pros: The host was very helpful, despite the unclearness of the location, he came and picked us up in his own car. He even let us use his TWO bikes for FREE OF CHARGE!!! and we used it to commute to the beach (20-25 min trip one way to the closest beach). We greatly appreciate the hospitality. Apartment was clean, with all the amenities you would need (starting from knives, kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc...) so you can buy groceries and cook for yourself. Bathroom was equipped with toilet papers, was reasonably clean, there were clean sheets available, AC was working... There was nothing to complain about. Plus, he was always by the apartment so in case if you needed anything you can always just text him. Thank you again.

Cons: Location of the apartment was not listed on Google, but was listed on Booking.com application. It is recommended to download the application before hand if you do not have internet. We stayed in the first door of the ground floor. Maybe if you have noisy neighbours the walls are a bit thin when it comes to outside sounds, or the sound comes through the door.

Good value, clean and modern apartments in a quiet location.

Pros: Very clean, modern apartments in a quiet location but easy walking distance to centre. Ten minutes walk from bus station. The map location is accurate. Parking right outside if you need it. Good value.

Cons: If the shower curtain was a little longer the bathroom floor wouldn't get so wet.

Pros: Great place, not far from the main sights and close to restaurants and shops. Quiet location. Highly recommended.

Exceptional value in a quiet residential area

Pros: Modern, clean and bright studio with a nice big balcony in a quiet residential area. Comfy bed and great air con. Small shop on the corner of the street for basics like water. It's 10 min walk to the town with shops and restaurants and about 25 min to the beach/old town. Great wifi and kind owner who picked us up from the bus station (about 10 to 15 min walk) and spoke good English. Not ideal if you're in and out of your room all the time but we walked back late pm then just visited the town later for a bite to eat. We knew it was out a bit from the old town area. Exceptional value.

Super Preis/Leistung!

Pros: Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis! Ruhige Lage, gleichermaßen fußläufig zur old town/Zentrum, aber mit etwas Energie auch der lange Strand gut erreichbar. Vermieter hat auch ein Fahrrad zum ausleihen da! Küchenzeile zwar nur für Kleinigkeiten passend (nur ein Kochfeld, wenig Besteck), aber Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, was bei der Wärme doch sehr gut ist. Ebenso die Klimaanlage...:) In der Summe, für den Preis: SUPER!
