Beautiful ocean view in perfect location

Pros: A perfectly located hotel for a visit to the old town and for a walk along the Ulcinj beach. Spectacular view and very nice and quiet (we visited in Oktober, so its the off season. The loud beach clubs the other guests commented are probably an issue in the summer season). Ample parking was available right next to the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons: A few cosmetic improvements need to be made here and there which the owners will fix in the off season.

Pros: The location was good, I really appreciated the fact that they put me in a bigger room with balcony because mine was tiny and couldn't stop banging my leg with furniture which was on the way. Hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Cons: They should cover the two holes on the bed frame or install bed lamps, the cables are hanging out and it didn't look good nor very safe. I read comments dated 2024 mentioning the same thing, they should really do something about it.

Pros: The host was fantastic always there to talk to. The property was in a great location 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. It was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and clean the bed was comfortable

Pros: This apartment exceeded our expectations! The huge bathtub was a dream, and the sea views were simply stunning. Being just steps from the beach and restaurants made it the perfect location. We can't wait to come back!

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was luxurious, modern, clean and really comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful. It had a central location and it was extremely easy to get to the beaches, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be coming back again.

Pros: The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room since it was low season. The room was beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable with a great view.
