Pros: We loved our stay at Zuto! The accommodation was in a stunning location right in the heart of the old town, with an amazing view of the sea. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hosts were really friendly and helpful — they truly made us feel welcome.

Cons: The place was located quite high up, so we had to climb a lot of stairs to get there. It was a bit of a workout, but honestly, we wouldn't have changed a thing — being up there meant we were away from the busy, noisy center, and it made the whole stay feel more peaceful and special.

Pros: Great location. The owners super nice, freindly family, very helpfull. Helped to find a taxi early in the morning, as it seemed to be difficult, and there is no Uber. Iitial food you could get at the appartment downstairs store. There is still unfinished construction, but i agree with other comments it adds balcan flavor :D

Pros: The host was very nice and helpful. The rooms are located within the castle and have great views. There is also a terrace to sit and enjoy the surroundings which we really liked

Comfy stay in historic fortress

Pros: Hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They were very clear about essentials. Breakfast was fabulous, quite filling and different both days (eggs, fruit, cheese, bread, meat, hot beverages, juice). Hot plates and fridge in the unit was very convenient. The old town is a lovely place to stay with lots of options for dinner and drinks, as well as a short walk to the beach. Cats of Ulsinj provide lots of entertainment.

Beautiful views from the Adriatic

Pros: The hotel is very well located, in the old town. Access to the beach, bars and restaurants are very easy. The hosts are very helpful, but they don't speak english, communication was a bit difficult.

Cons: The location is difficult to find a parking spot, take this into account if you are coming on a busy period.
