Pros: Mieszkanie skromne, ale praktyczne, w cichej okolicy. Mała kuchnia ze wszytkimi niezbędnymi sprzętami. Mały taras przy wejściu. Skromna łazienka z wanną. Miejsce parkingowe na terenie posesji. Sklepy i lokale gastronomiczne w odległości ok 1,5 km od mieszkania.

Cons: Mieliśmy mały problem ze zlokalizowaniem obiektu, oznakowanie jest słabe i nawet sąsiedzi nie wiedzą gdzie to jest.
