Pros: Good location 15 min walk to the beach and close to many markets and restaurants. Calm streeet by the river. New building.

Good value for the price ✔️

Pros: The staff are helpful and cordial with no hassles. The location is quite peaceful and within 10 minutes' walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores.

Cons: Watching videos was not really a problem, but I use a lot of video conferencing. The Wi-Fi didn't provide a consistently reliable signal. A SIM card with a data package solved the video conferencing problem. There is a water canal and vegetation nearby, so there were a lot of insects. There is a screen door on the patio door, but the screen needed repairs.

Pros: Nice balcony, clean, big room. All in all really okey. Has parking and location is good, air-conditioned. The staff is really nice and accommodating.

Cons: The shower didn't work properly the water pressure was really low. The sheets were not a great material wasn't really comfortable for sleepingin the summer.

Pros: We recently stayed at Apartments Perezaj II and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Ulcinj and close to all the beaches, plus making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ulcinj
