Perfection

Pros: It was simply perfect. On arrival, we were given an upgrade because it was quiet and ended up with a palatial 2 room apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the fabulous pool - we were blown away! Leo was the perfect host - recommending restaurants and helping us with a car issue by leading us to the garage and interpreting. He kept in regular contact via WhatsApp and on our first morning, sent a maintenance team to provide basin plugs and to fix the bath plug. In the apartment, we had a huge bed, full kitchen, dining table and a lounge with a massive sofa and TV. The pool area is beautiful with lots of sunbeds.

Cons: Nothing at all

Fabulous stay in Velika Beach Ulcinj.

Pros: Absolutely everything! Room was very stylish , clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent, the best I have ever seen in 50 years of travelling worldwide! Nice and quiet but plenty of comfortable Sunbeds and sun shades. Location was right in the middle of all bars and restaurants but still quiet for relaxing and sleeping. Leo was so kind, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We arrived too early for checking in but he gave us a lovely apartment to rest until our room was ready. He also offered to let us stay the full day when leaving instead of checking out at 10.00 am. He gave us lots of useful information and recommendations. We have had a lovely holiday.

Cons: Everything was 100 per cent perfect! Thank you.

Perfectly clean apartment, peaceful pool, and wonderful hosts – we’ll be back!

Pros: Our arrival was very pleasant – the owner personally guided us to the apartment, as we had taken the wrong road. The apartments are spotless, and we were welcomed into a cool, fresh-smelling space that immediately showed the care of the hosts. The pool is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and during our stay, there was no crowd at all. A perfect vacation, and we will definitely be coming back. Many thanks to Leo and his family for their hospitality!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Stanaj Apartments! The place was very clean and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable apartments that made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic — clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special thanks to our host, Leo, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly attitude really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Peace of Heaven on Earth

Pros: An aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, luxury villa that has all that you need. Leo the host is one of the kindest people and is very attending. The pool is like you have stepped into Heaven.

Modern, clean and calm residence with huge swimming pool

Pros: Modern, clean and calm residence away from the busy road. Huge swimming pool which is thoroughly cleaned every day. Very friendly and reactive landlord.

Cons: Nothing important, but more cutlery and glasses would be helpful.

Relaxing week in Montenegro

Pros: Leo is great and the pool area is beautiful and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely walk into ulcinj along the coast that is worth exploring, although it is mostly shaded, it's better to avoid walking at midday.

Cons: The immediate road area around the apartments is very busy but the apartments themselves are set back enough from the road to avoid the brunt of it.

Perfect family vacation

Pros: The villa was immaculate, the pool was exceptionally clean & the location was great. There is a carnival for the children right opposite the apartment & the beach is just a 5 min walk. The host Leo speaks English and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this villa.

Luxury stay for great price

Pros: Beautifully clean pool, plenty of comfy sun loungers, well equipped rooms, plenty of parking.
