Dineta Apartment

Pros: It was a lovely apartment, we enjoyed our stay! It’s very clean, comfortable and spacious. We rented a scooter during our stay so getting to town and to the beaches was easy. It would be a bit of a walk without a scooter but it’s still quite close to everything you need. Hosts were also very kind :)

Great summer stay in Ulcinj

Pros: Very nice apartment. Spacious, with all necessary amenities, with nice balcony, beach is not that far, shops and restaurants close by. Very nice pool. We liked it there a lot

Cons: There are some construction sites near by, so view from balcony are facing construction a bit There was a problem with dirty pool when we arrived, that was cleaned only the next day Host was a bit offended after I addressed Booking.com support to address issue with pool

Pros: Lovely place and a great time! Bledar and his family are super nice and helpful hosts. The apartment was sparkling clean, spacious, and fully equipped, located just a 15-minute walk away from the beach and within a few steps from some markets, bakeries and restaurants. It’s in a new building of good quality, the surroundings are very quiet. It was amazing to hear birds chirping all day and night and to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony. And it was so comfy, just perfect for a rest after a day at the beach and long long walks around :) All recommendations! HINT: To find it quicker, turn left after Maddy’s market and head down the street to Aria apartments, cz Google Maps don’t know the area yet.

Pros: It was a great experience and also wonderful apartment. Everything was cleaned and in order. I'm coming back again in future.

Great apartment with perfect pool and location

Pros: + The apartment is great and has everything for a long stay! + Good free parking near the building. + Fast and stable wi-fi connection + Air conditioning is good, it saved us from hot weather a lot. + The kitchen is fully equipped, a lot of towels and everything needed is in the bathroom. + The pool is available, clean and really warm in July. + The location of the apartment is very good, it's close to supermarkets and a good restaurant by foot. + Easy to navigate to Long Beach, around 5 minutes by car. + The view of sunrise in the morning from the balcony is wonderful! + The host Bledar is very friendly, hospitable and caring. We easily communicated in English. We enjoyed staying there and would love to get back again!

Naš boravak u Ulcinju.

Pros: Domaćin izuzetno ljubazan i gostoprimljiv. Higijena apartmana solidna. Ima dovoljno peškira i posteljine. Bazen čist i odličan za kupanje. Parking pristupačan i sa dovoljno mjesta za auto... lokacija također odlična, sve što vam je potrebno (marketi, kafići, restorani) na pješačkoj udaljenosti od apartmana.

Cons: U Apartmanu nedostaje pegla iako je naznačeno u sadržajima da ima, imao sam problem zbog toga, da sam znao da nema ponio bi svoju peglu od kuće. Toalet ima nekoliko nedostataka, vodokotlić ima problem sa spuštanjem vode, ručno smo morali podizat poklopac i pokretat da bi se napunio. Vrata od tuš kabine nisu stabilna i sigurna klate se i treba povest računa prilikom tuširanja. Dvije utičnice pored kreveta nisu u funkciji. TV također, stari je model i nema ni jednog kanala kao ni opcije smart TV-a. Klima nedostaje u spavaćoj sobi i naveče je pretoplo pa se moraju otvarat vrata. Za ovu cijenu u Ulcinju mislim da bi se trebalo povest računa o navedenim stvarima da bi je opravdalo.

Pros: Апартаменты хорошо оборудованы.есть все для комфортного проживания От моря мин 20 -25 ходьбы но так как местность не гористая ходить не трудно.можно и с детьми.

Pros: Прекрасная квартира! Пока жили в ней, стали мечтать о своей здесь же в Ульцине.😊 В квартире есть все удобства, стиральная машина, расположение на мой взгляд удобное: недалеко от пляжа и в то же время можно дойти пешком и до центра. Хозяин был очень добр! Рекомендую!

Pros: Indeed we were amazed by the quality and kindness of the host at Dineta Apartment. Everything was as predicted... Above all there were even more surprises. The most beautiful surprise was the environment for which we were amazed and it was more beautiful than it was seen in the photos.
