Clean and calm place
Pros: the host family were very kind, they helped to navigate around the city. everything was clean and comfortable. the apartment is located in a quiet location and has a balcony. everything went smoothly. I recommend it with a calm heart.

Pros: Sve je bilo super, dobri i ljubazni vlasnici, lokacija je super ako se ima automobil, dozvoljeni kućni ljubimci što je velik plus i lijep apartman, odličan po pitanju omjera cijene i kvalitete.
Cons: Za to vrijeme kada smo mi bili u apartmanu, voda iz pipe nije bila pitka zbog radova koji su se tada odvijali u gradu.

A good accommodation, in the peripherals of Ulcinj
Pros: The accommodation was sparkling clean, spacious, the building is rather new, with a big garden, private parking, all in very good condition. The host (actually his father) was always there to help or provide useful information. You can find some restaurants or other eating facilities close by (5-10 minutes by foot), even a supermarket... And going the beach or the old town of Ulcinj took us 20 minutes by car.
Cons: We booked an apartment and, as we arrived, we found out that it was in fact 2 rooms with a shared hallway and bathroom And that's not an apartment...(we could lock only the rooms and there is another apartment that goes out to the same hallway). But, we talked to the host and he didn't accommodate other clients during our stay. There were some sewing smells in the bathroom, otherwise clean and big. Hope he can fix that!

Cons: Das hat mir de stadt zu tun, es gibt keine öffentlichen bus oder bahn.

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, ich kann es empfehlen.
Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin, konnte Deutsch und hat sich super lieb um uns gekümmert. Das Haus ist in einem modernen Zustand. Die Zimmer sind sauber und klimatisiert. Die Betten einfach, aber komfortabel. Das Bad ist modern und groß, die Dusche super. Die Gastgeberin hat mehrmals die Handtücher im Bad gewechselt und war auch auf dem Balkon das Kondenswasser der Klimaanlagen ausleeren. Der Balkon ist schön und hat einen Tisch mit Stühlen und einen Wäscheständer gehabt. Die Lage ist gut, man ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in Ulcinj als auch am Strand. Autos kann man super im Hof parken. Die Unterkunft hat einen großen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und mit Feigenbäumen, wo wir uns auch ein paar Feigen pflücken durften. Außerdem gibt es eine Katze auf dem Grundstück mit der man spielen kann. Ausstattung war wie angegeben.
Cons: Unser Flur, wo unsere zwei Zimmer und das Bad angeschlossen und die Küchenzeile war, war auch der Durchgang der Nachbarn in ihr Zimmer. Die Küchenzeile ist klein und hat wenig Ausstattung, aber auf Nachfrage wurden uns Töpfe und Schüsseln bereit gestellt. Die Küchenzeile hat keinen Backofen, keine Mikrowelle und keine Kaffeemaschine. Am letzten Tag ist die Spülung der Toilette kaputt gegangen, aber auch das wurde am Nachmittag repariert. WLAN war vorhanden, aber eher langsam. Leider sind auf den Fotos verschiedene Räume des ganzen Hauses zu sehen und es ist nicht ersichtlich welche Räume man bekommt, beispielsweise gab es kein Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer und die Küchenzeile war auch kleiner als auf den Fotos.

Savrsen odmor
Pros: Apartman je odlican sa velikom terasom, na pristojnoj lokaciji, izuzetno cist, veliki parking ispred kuce, odlicno opremljen, osjecali smo se kao kod kuce! Vlasnici su izuzetno ljubazni, jako lijepo su nas docekali i ispratili i uvek su tu za svoje goste ako vam nesto treba. Ovo je mjesto na koje pozelite da se uvijek vratite! Sve preporuke!
