Pros: Here you will meet the nicest and friendliest owners ever! There are always there for you to help you with anything and in any situation.You can't go wrong with this property. The rooms are modern,seemd like new and the facility is always very clean! Everything you need like gas station,restaurants,markets,car wash are all in the nearby area of maximum 800 to 1000 meters.For my next trip I will 100% take this property again.
Cons: The only negative thing if I might say so,is for someone who expects a kitchen there is only a kitchenette. But you don't have to worry about cooking food because in Ulcinj you find restaurants with very very good food and very cheap so it doesn't make sense to cook for yourself,trust me!

Pros: Prezadovoljni smo! Sve je novo, čisto i moderno. Lokacija smještaja je fantastična, sve je relativno blizu, a opet je mirno zbog predivne prirode i dvorišta oko kuće. Terase su prostrane, soba ima apsolutno sve što osobi treba na moru. Domaćini su zaista prijatni i dobri ljudi; mislili su na svaki detalj i daju vam osjećaj da ste u svojoj kući. Sve u svemu, kad budemo opet dolazili u Ulcinj nećemo razmišljati o bilo kom drugom smještaju :)

Herzensempfehlung- Sehr sauberes und komfortables Apartment zum wohlfühlen.
Pros: Super liebe Inhaber. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir durften auch auf ihrer privaten Terrasse länger verweilen, bis unsere Reise weiterging.

Pros: בית מהמם עם דירות מרווחות, גדולות ונקיות עם מרפסת המשקיפה לעצים. מיקום מעולה, קרוב לשמורה עם אגם וציפורים, קרוב לים ולמקומות בילוי. מארחים מקסימים שסידרו לנו אופניים, נתנו לנו המלצות מעולות לפעילויות, מקומות יציאה, חופים וחנויות. היינו 2 לילות ולא רצינו לעזוב, מומלץ ביותר

Pros: Veoma dobra lokacija, blizu glavnog puta ka Velikoj plazi i velikih diskonta, a opet uvuceno i tiho Jako ljubazni domacini, na raspolaganju za sve sto je potrebno. Zgrada je nova, veoma cista i uredna, dvoriste/parking je jako lepo, sa divnim maslinjakom. Prilaz zgradi je osvetljen i bezbedan. Ima dovoljno parkinga za sve goste. Sobe su nove, ciste, uredne i jako lepo opremljene, sa velikom terasom za vecernje uzivanje. Posebno smo se iznenadili jako velikim brojem uticnica za struju, vise nego dovoljno za sve telefone, racunare i kamere Klima radi odlicno, nasa soba je bila na suncanoj strani, ali nije bilo problema da se brzo rashladi Kupatilo je dovoljno veliko i lepo uredjeno Sve preporuke

Would definitely recomand to stay at these comfortable and clean apartments
Pros: The facilities were excellent, pleasent stay, very calm area not far from the beach and city center. The room was vert clean, air conditioner working perfectly, the bathroom was very clean. The staff was amazing, they stood outside every morning and every night, vert communicative nice people and very helpful.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war in einer sehr guten Lage. Sowohl die Stadt als auch der Strand waren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war SEHR SAUBER! Für uns waren die Gastgeber die besten, die wir bis heute getroffen haben! Sie waren super nett, sehr freundlich, SUPER HILFSBEREIT und haben sich jeden Abend mehrere Stunden für uns Zeit genommen. Es gab genügend Parkplätze für alle Gäste. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen!!!
Cons: Ich finde immer was zu meckern, aber diesmal kann ich es nicht machen, denn es war wirklich Alles top. Hervorragend gemacht!!! 🙌👏
