Pros: The rooms were exactly like the pictures. The host was amaizing and helped with all our questions.

Pros: spacious apartment with powerful air conditioning, a balcony facing the street and the possibility to sit in the evening on the spacious roof terrace with a view of the sea. on a hill, a bit to the side of the center, which we appreciated in the end

Cons: a little smaller and older bathroom

Odličan odmor

Pros: Sve je bilo sređeno, čisto, uredno. Domaćini su za svaku pohvalu, izlaze u susret svakom pitanju (pomoći). Zajednička prostorija na krovu je učinila pogled i provod još boljim.

Cons: Ručno pranje veša od peska.

A very nice stay

Pros: I liked everything about the apartment, the bed was comfortable, and the location was suitable for my needs. The Women's Beach is at the 10-minute distance if you take a shortcut. Sabina, the owner, was there for all my questions at any time. I especially liked the balcony as it was secluded and kind of surrounded by rock, I felt like the mother earth was hugging me :).

Very pleasant and above expectations

Pros: The room was clean and modern looking. We had a big balcony overlooking sea through corner. In June (when we stayed) there was barely direct sunlight so the room wasn't too hot. We also had access to huge terrace on top of the building which provided great views. The host was super friendly, nice and helpful. The parking spaces are right in front of the building.

Cons: Just when we arrived we realized that we don't know how to get the key because no information was provided in the booking description. But just as we started looking for the host she found as herself and showed us to the room. The nearest beach is 10-15 minutes walk downhill.

Solid

Pros: Everything was solid, from staff to cleanliness and facilities. Location is pretty good if you're traveling with car, as we did and if you're visiting Ulcinj per se and not travelling to Donji and Gornji Štoj to 14km long beach. If you're young and coming with partner or friends I'm advicing you to book property in Donji and Gornji Štoj. Very good 8+.

Great

Pros: Very kind hosts, excellent worth for the money. The location is near the centre

Cons: The wifi in our room was not good at all

Pros: Location was good ,apartment was spacious with a perfect balcony.Also the terrace has an amazing view. Totally recommended.

Excellent stay

Pros: Gjithçka rreth mikëpritjes dhe apartmanit ishte e shkëlqyeshme. Sabina ishte e gatshme, dhe na ndihmoi në cdo moment. Apartmani ishte i pastër, i rehatshëm dhe një market gjindet shumë afër. Everything regarding hospitality and the apartment was amazing. Sabina was always ready and did help us in any moment we needed something. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a shop is really close.

Cons: Lokacioni është pak i pa përshtatshëm nëse nuk posedoni makinë (Çfarë nuk ka asgjë të bëjë me apartmanin në vete) Pa marrë parasyshë, ka shkurtesa për të shkuar tek plazhet më të afërta. Location is a bit not suitable for people without a car (What itself has nothing to do with the apartment itself). Nonetheless, there are shortcuts on the way to the closest beaches. (Ask Sabina)

Everything was fine, room was clean and comfortable. Sabina was very helpful. She helped a lot. I highly recommend this
