Apartments Kovinic

Pros: Great view of the bay from the balcony. Deck chairs on the pier. Clean water. Quiet neighborhood (it was off-season). Comfortable apartment for four people. It was nice that water and wine were waiting for us.

Cons: There were no coffee capsules for the coffee machine that was there, or a coffee maker to brew your own coffee, but that's a minor detail.

Good place to stay near Kotor and at the water

Pros: Nice place on the water. Not to far from Kotor and some nice restaurants in the area. Very friendly host, good communication

Cons: Everything is a bit old and worn. For the price per night, it could really use some renovation. And for the electric car drivers: the charging station is not at the apartments but at the second, more expensive accommodation. Charging was possible at a power socket, but it didn’t work on the second attempt.

Pros: There’s a private pier with sun loungers, which was especially convenient for us since we stayed for more than a week. The apartment has a kitchen, which was important for our stay. The kitchen could be a bit more comfortable for cooking, though. The hosts are amazing — they picked us up from the airport and drove us back. Kotor and Tivat are nearby, and there’s an option to rent a car. We really enjoyed everything!

Pros: The views are amazing, perfect location, friendly and very helpful owner. He met us at the airport, arranged transfer to the villa, provided guidance and recommendations. We spent an amazing few days getaway in a paradise. Place is better even than in the pictures.

Brilliant location, but some of the facilities fell short

Pros: Pool was amazing, on the sea, paddle boards and outside area

Cons: Toilet door was broken, owner said he’d come back and fix on day one but didn’t so we could only use one tiny bathroom between 9 people. Not good enough for our most expensive property in Montenegro. Toasters also didn’t work.

Perfect spot for a wonderful and relaxing holiday!

Pros: Beautiful location , stunning views, very peaceful and relaxing. Apartment was big and airy, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a lovely few days holiday, or longer if you wanted to cook- as kitchen has all the cooking facilities you could need . Very friendly and welcoming owners, a lovely bottle of wine and water left on arrival, offered us use of their paddle board and even took my husband and daughter for a boat trip. A little shop and restaurants a few yards from apartment, a supermarket a 5 min drive away, with Tivat and Kotor being very close to visit.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Vladimir and the hole family were so frienly and hosted well. And the wiew from our balcony was great.

Pros: This was our second stay here, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for the best view in Montenegro, this is the place! Waking up each morning to such a stunning panorama is absolutely breathtaking. The host, Vladimir, is incredibly welcoming and attentive—truly the best host ever. I highly recommend renting a car, picking up some delicious food from the two large supermarkets just a 10-minute drive away, and enjoying a perfect breakfast or dinner on the balcony.
