A wonderful holiday by the sea
Pros: Flat very comfortable and spacious. It had everything necessary: washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. There was a view of the sea from the balcony. The host is very helpful and courteous. Contact with him was great. The cleaning lady was there practically every day and kept the toilet paper and dishwasher cubes topped up. This is the biggest advantage of this place! Overall, I rate the flat highly because there are many more advantages than disadvantages.
Cons: - The property has its own car park but some inconvenience is the very steep driveway to it. On rainy days, when the driveway was wet, the car was not able to drive up it. The car also had a lower suspension, so at the beginning of the driveway and at the end, we rubbed the undercarriage against it. - The host could remove some minor improvements, as certain things wear out over time: an unscrewed door handle on the front door, the front dishwasher top falling off, the top hinge of the balcony door broken, a broken bottom shelf in the fridge.

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment split to day and night part. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nicely modern furnished. Grocery store just below the apartment house. Nice sea view from many rooms.
Cons: That the apartment is not ours ;-) Beaches around are too crowded.

Familienurlaub in einer super schönen Wohnung.
Pros: Die Lage ist vielleicht die beste in der Nähe von Budva. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft ist 50 Schritte entfernt. 5 beste Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Cons: Eigentlich nichts. Wir waren schon mehrmals in Montenegro. Wie wussten was zu erwarten. Es gibt natürlich Raum zur Verbesserung, besonders in der Infrastruktur der Städte. Aber die Natur und Meer sind perfekt für Erholung.

Pros: Appartement N5 propre tres bien place dernier etage avec vue mer endroit calme piscine a l ombre tres agréable plages publiques de la queen ,du king et de stevi stefan accessibles a pied ce qui est un gros plus. Parking prive tres appreciable car impossible de se garer sur la cote . Nous recommandons pour les familles++++
